BALLROOM RENTAL FEES

Catering furnished by the Lake Club - $2,000 Minimum

Addit ional fees are as fol lows: $250 non-refundable reservation fee (waived upon approval of Director) and a $300 cleaning fee. Immediately after the event, the Event Manager and Event Host wil l examine the venue and if no addit ional cleaning is required, a $200 refund wil l be mailed to the host within a week.

The room rental includes tables, chairs and l inens for 100 people. I f more is needed, there is an addit ional charge for each table of 10.

Evening functions require a gate attendant at the fee of $15/hr (3 hrs. min).

There is a $100 bar set-up/attendant fee for beer, wine & spir its. For well drinks there is a $25 per hour bartender fee.

I f the Fire Pit is used, the fee is $100 for 3 hours.
