Terms and Conditions for Wedding Cake give-away to Bridal Fair Winner May 2016

– Woodlands Boulevard and Diep in die Berg

Orders

We require three months’ notice on your wedding cake subject to the availability of the date required. Your order

must be requested by means of written correspondence with Malberry Cakes. Orders will become formally booked

by means of written confirmation given by Malberry Cakes in response to your order request.

Any cake ordered from a picture or photo of a cake produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced as

our interpretation of that cake and will not be an exact reproduction of the cake in the picture or photo.

Cancellation

If order is cancelled before Twenty One (21) days of delivery date, the order may be postponed, but with 1 months’

notice and only if the new order date is available. Client may only postpone order once, where after order will be

automatically forfeited.

If the order is cancelled within Twenty One (21) days prior to the delivery date, the order is forfeited.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email directed to [email protected] and it is the

responsibility of the client to ensure receipt of the cancellation confirmation.

Ingredients and Design

All consumables is produced in a kitchen that may contain nuts or traces of nuts or nut oil. Malberry Cakes will not

be held responsible for anyone suffering from nut or other food allergies. Non edible items may be used as

decorations in cakes and/or cupcakes. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that any non-edible items are

removed prior to consumption.

All effort will be made by Malberry Cakes to supply the products agreed upon at the time of booking. However

Malberry Cakes will not be held responsible if the products are not available as a result of, but not limited to,

unavailability and/or seasonal variation.

Malberry Cakes reserves the rights to use or supply at our own discretion similar or substitute high quality product

under such circumstances. We will strive to - where reasonably possible - obtain client input and or consent to the

use of alternative products prior to change.

All effort will be made by Malberry Cakes to ensure that the final product is matched to the colour chosen as much

as possible however Malberry Cakes cannot guarantee to match the exact colour/s and designs chosen.

Delivery and Pick up

Malberry Cakes cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays caused by events such as car accidents or poor road

conditions during delivery.

All cakes delivered to venues are photographed from different angles to show cake quality on delivery. We do not

accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the cake or items with the cake such as knives, decorations and

stands, once the cake has been delivered to a venue.

Client agrees that late delivery does not constitute a failure of agreement.

Storage

Before display: Sugar paste (the soft icing covering the cake) is not designed to be refrigerated and as such cakes

with this icing should be stored in a cool dry place, preferably in the box they were supplied in, refrigeration may

cause colours to run.

After display: Cake left overs may be frozen after wrapped completely with glad wrap or foil for no longer than 3

months.

Hired Equipment

All rental items are hired for a term of two (2) days (day of the event and 1 day after). A deposit is required for hired

items at a price that is specified by Malberry Cakes. This price will be communicated with the Client in advance to

book the required equipment.

Malberry Cakes will pick up the hired items from Diep in die Berg 2 days after the event. The deposit for the

equipment will be refunded via EFT(Electronic Transfer) if the items are complete and in good and clean condition.

Should any items or part of the items be dirty, incomplete or damaged in any way, the deposit will not be refunded.

Publication

From time to time our designs are published in national wedding cake magazines and other publications. As a result

we reserve the right to use any image of a cake made by Malberry Cakes for publication at a later date.

The client hereby agrees that any image provided by client to Malberry Cakes is free from any Copyright and or any

other personal and or commercial rights and that the client permits Malberry Cakes to freely use without any claim

of compensation any image as Malberry Cakes sees fit. This may for the record include but not be limited to print,

digital publishing and more.

Disputes

A dispute concerning these Terms and Conditions exists once a party notifies the others in writing of the nature of

the dispute and requires it to be resolved under this clause. The parties must refer any dispute to be resolved by:

1. Within 10 Business Days of notification, the parties must seek an amicable resolution to the dispute by referring it

to designated and authorised representatives of each of the parties to negotiate and resolve it by the parties signing

an agreement resolving it within 15 Business Days.

2. If negotiation fails, the parties must refer the dispute for resolution by mediation under the rules of the

Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (or its successor or body nominated in writing by it in its stead)

(”AFSA").

3. If mediation fails, the parties must refer the dispute within 15 Business Days for resolution by arbitration

(including any appeal against the arbitrator's decision) by one arbitrator (appointed by agreement between the

parties) as an expedited arbitration in Sandton under the then current rules for expedited arbitration of AFSA. If the

parties cannot agree on any arbitrator within a period of ten Business Days after the referral, the arbitrator will be

appointed by the Secretariat of AFSA.

4. The periods for negotiation or mediation may be shortened or lengthened by written agreement between the

parties.

5. This clause will not preclude any party from access to an appropriate court of law for interim relief in respect of

urgent matters by way of an interdict, or mandamus pending finalisation of this dispute resolution process, for

which purpose the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of a division of the High Court of the Republic of

South Africa.

6. This clause is a separate, divisible agreement from the rest of these Terms and Conditions and must remain in

effect even if the Agreement terminates, is nullified, or cancelled for any reason or cause.

Beautiful Change: Terms and Conditions

The prize is only valid for the bride on her wedding day.

The bride must book the makeup and hair trials on the same day in Wonderboom, Pretoria with both the hairstylist and makeup artist.

The prize is subject to availability of the wedding date. Beautiful Change will gladly award the prize if the date of the wedding is open and both hairstylist and makeup artist are available.

Any other makeup and hair requirements for the bridal party (bridesmaids, mothers, grandmothers etc) will be available and must be booked with Beautiful Change when the date for the wedding is confirmed. Please note normal prices will be charged.

The makeup and hair will be done at Diep in die Berg or at a guest house within a 5km radius of Diep in die Berg on the wedding day.

Two meetings are held before the wedding date, one to meet one another and another close to

the wedding date to confirm song choices.

Setup is 2 hours before the start of the wedding and includes music until 24:00 on the wedding

day.

Overtime will be charged per hour after 24:00 at R550.00 per hour.

1. GENERAL

The COORDINATOR shall represent the CLIENT in all negotiations as per ‘CONFIRMATION PACKAGE’ (see

ANNEXURE ‘A’) during the contract period. No other, representative, contact, wedding or event planner shall

represent the CLIENT or conduct any such negotiations on the CLIENT’S behalf during the contract period, UNLESS

the parties agree otherwise per written agreement.

The CONFIRMATION PACKAGE (see ANNEXURE ‘A’) forms part of this agreement.

2. FEES

FEES will be payable as follow

The CLIENT receives the prize as per “CONFIRMATION PACKAGE” (see ANNEXURE ‘A’)

Signing this document and annexure A will be in place of a deposit for services rendered as accepted and signed by

both the CLIENT/S and the COORDINATOR.

Should any additional charges be charged, outstanding balance will be paid, at the latest, within 1(ONE) week before

the wedding date.

All rates, unless otherwise specified, are inclusive of VAT.

The COORDINATOR undertakes to keep the CLIENT informed with regard to payments due to SERVICE

PROVIDERS with the understanding that payment due to SERVICE PROVIDERS are the sole responsibility of the

CLIENT and no such payment will be done by the COORDINATOR.

Should any payments due to the COORDINATOR be outstanding and not paid on or before the agreed date,

5% interest will be charged on the outstanding amount, UNLESS a written agreement have been concluded, signed

by both parties.

Traveling costs (fuel) will be included in the quoted price as per Annexure A’s costing, limited to Pretoria, should

it be requested for Alet to travel then R4 per kilometer will be charged.

Overtime – if the client wish for Alet to stay after 22:00 on the evening of the wedding and additional charge of

R1500-00 will be charged per hour up until 00:00 and R1800-00 per hour after 00:00

3. INDEMNITY

The CLIENT hereby indemnifies the COORDINATOR and holds the COORDINATOR harmless against any

claim/s which may be instituted against the CLIENT, and the COORDINATOR will not be liable held

(individually or jointly) as a result of, but not limited to

3.1 thefts of hired goods or items of any supplier or venue;

3.2 breakage of hired goods or items of any supplier or venue;

3.3 damage to goods or items or any other property of any supplier or venue;

3.4 any injuries that may occur.

4. TERMINATION

4.1 Notwithstanding the contract period, either party has the right to terminate the agreement by giving

the other party 1 (ONE) month written notice.

4.2 This agreement will terminate automatically in the unlikely event of the wedding being cancelled.

4.3 On termination of the agreement, the COORDINATOR shall cease to act on the CLIENT’S behalf.

All fees received by the COORDINATOR from the CLIENT before termination of the agreement,

will be retained.

4.4 No variations, modifications or waiver of any provisions of this agreement, or consent to any

termination thereof, shall in any manner be of any force or effect unless confirmed in writing and

signed by the parties with the understanding that

4.4.1 such variations, modifications, waiver or consent shall be effective only in this specific

instance and for the purposes and to the extent for which it was made or given; and

4.4.2 no failure, delay or relaxation or indulgence on part of either party in exercising any power

or right conferred on such party in terms of this agreement shall operate as a waiver or

novation of such rights, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such power or right

preclude any other or further exercises thereof or the exercise of any other power or right

under this agreement.

5. BREACH

5.1 In the event of either the COORDINATOR or the CLIENT being in breach of any of the terms or

conditions of this agreement –

5.1.1 the aggrieved party shall give notice in writing to the defaulting party to remedy the breach

within 14 (FOURTEEN) days of such notice;

5.1.2 if the breach is not remedied within the said 14 (FOURTEEN) days, the aggrieved party

shall be entitled to terminate this agreement upon providing written notice and seek

all/any remedies available to him/her by law;

5.1.3 where the COORDINATOR is in default and the agreement was terminated in the manner

set out in clause 5.1.2, the COORDINATOR shall forfeit the right to receive any further

fees and shall refund a pro rata portion of any advance payments received;

5.1.4 where the CLIENT is in default and the agreement was terminated in the manner set out

in clause 5.1.2, the CLIENT shall be liable to pay the COORDINATOR all fees the

COORDINATOR is entitled to.

6. DOMICILIUM CITANDI ET EXECUTANDE

The parties hereby choose the addresses above, as their domicilium citandi et executande for the delivery

of all notices and documentation.

7. Extra

This price is not transferrable

* Please note that we refer you back to the terms and conditions if it is cov ered in the terms and conditions we take no responsibility.

* These terms and conditions are put in place to communicate our business rules to our clients.

* Endless Inspirations will always include the terms and conditions when sending a quote to a client, it is the client's responsibility to read them.

* Please note that the agreement is with the Bride and the Groom / client's name that is on the quotation / inv oice, not with any other person. We will keep the

bride and groom / client to these terms and conditions.

* The reading of the terms and conditions is the responsibility of the client, Endless Inspirations will not take responsibility if the client did not know of or did not

understand the terms and conditions. Should you as the client hav e questions, please feel free to ask before signing / paying, to ensure that all terms are clear.

* The client will be responsible for all booked items from collection until return (if you are just hiring, collecting and returning). Or in the case of Endless Inspirations

doing your setup, responsibility will be that of the client's from the departure of the booked items from Endless Inspirations, until their return.

* Our quotation is the contract, we list each item separately for your information and approv al. If an item/s is missing or incorrect, please bring it to our attention.

* By paying Endless Inspirations, you hav e agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

* Endless Inspirations (Pty) LTD reserv es the right to rev iew / change rates offered in your quotation, items quoted on as well as terms and conditions.

* A signed quotation, signed T's & C's, as well as proof of payment is to be emailed to : [email protected], 1 month prior to your wedding/function date.

* Please note that Endless Inspirations does not charge for the first 3 meetings that we will hav e with you as our client. Any meeting outside of these 3 meetings, will be

charged at R350.00 per hour. General meeting breakdown :

Our 1st meeting with you will act as an introduction. Getting to know you and your requirements, as well as receiv ing all your wedding / function information.

Our 2nd meeting with you generally happens at a mock setup. We will go through your quotation and table design with you and make amendments, if necessary.

Our 3rd meeting with you generally happens about a month before your wedding / function. This is to make sure that you are happy and collect the final info from you.

* A Venue v isit instructed by the client (other than the initial site inspection, where we will generally hold our 1st meeting) will be charged at R350.00 per hour (excl. Fuel)

* Should your wedding / function fall on a Public Holiday, please note a double serv ice rate will be charged.

* The drinks deposit is simply an estimate and the customer will be billed on consumption & a 10% serv ice fee will be added to the total.

* All instructions such as : your wedding/function program, seating chart, table placing, etc, needs to be emailed to Endless Inspirations no later than 1 month

prior to your wedding / function. It is the client's responsibility to get this information to your v enue as well.

* It is the responsibility of the client to prov ide Endless Inspirations with all the details and arrangements with regards to the address of the v enue, contacts

of the people inv olv ed, the newest updated schedule, etc. Anything that may influence the serv ices prov ided by Endless Inspirations, must be sent through to

Endless Inspirations with immediate effect (but no later than 1 month prior to your wedding / function date).

* Endless Inspirations will not take any responsibility for any unforeseen ev ents that is out of our hands and that cannot be controlled by us.

* Endless Inspirations makes use of well known and reputable suppliers, howev er we will not take responsibility for anything that may go wrong on the supplier's end.

* Endless Inspirations is subjected to all Terms and Conditions that the v endors might hav e.

* All prices / items on the quotation are subject to change without prior notice

* All Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice

* Please note that we do not allow for client's acting inappropriately, for example : to shout/insult/swear/intimidate/accuse/threaten any of ourselv es or our employees.

Should our clients require us to act professionally, we will expect the same from our clients. In any circumstances where a client cannot behav e, we will hav e the right

to refuse that customer from any further serv ice.

* Kindly refrain from making unfounded or false accusations against Endless Inspirations on any social media platform or in any other manner. Should a matter like this

occur, we will address it accordingly.

* Each quotation and / change to a quotation is only v alid for 7 days.

* We will do an initial quote, after that the client can make changes twice (the latest being 1 month before your wedding / function date, along with final payment).

Should additional changes to your quotation be required, a R150.00 admin fee per changed quotation will be charged.

* All prices on the quotation are subject to change, as no prices can be set at an assured fixed price.

* All items quoted on remains the property of Endless Inspirations, unless otherwise stated.

* No alterations to the quotation will be allowed 1 month prior to your wedding / function date, as our v endors need to be paid in full and your items need to be

confirmed and booked.

* Please note that the description of each item on your quotation is always used. Please make sure that the descriptions are correct, as we pack accordingly.

* Once you hav e your final guest numbers, please let us know, in order for us to rev ise your quotation accordingly. This is to be done no later than 1 month prior to

your wedding / function. The guest number changes made to your quotation, will not count as one of your 2 complimentary changes and will not be charged for.

* All items that are to be returned by the client to Endless Inspirations, must be returned the Monday morning BEFORE 11h00. If returned late, a late fine of 10% of quote

will be deducted from Client's Deposit. Should items be returned a day late - this will count as double hiring and client will be charged accordingly. As so forth per day.

* Should Endless Inspirations be required to hire items from another supplier, or organise the serv ices of another supplier, 10 - 20% of the supplier's quotation will be

charged by Endless Inspirations.

* Only once we hav e receiv ed your 75% confirmation deposit, can we book the items from our v endors at the rate quoted on. Until we receiv e payment (and

proof thereof), v endors can change their pricing and / or av ailability.

* The v ases / buckets that the Bridal and Bridesmaids bouquets are deliv ered in, are to be returned to Endless Inspirations.

* All Crates / containers used to pack your decor in, that is taken to the v enue for us to setup, remain property of Endless Inspirations. Should these not be av ailable

when we Breakdown the v enue and collect the decor, these will be charged for.

* All items quoted on remains the property of Endless Inspirations, unless otherwise stated.

* Should you only be hiring from Endless Inspirations, please return items in the packaging it was prov ided in.

* Should you waiv er the Setup and Breakdown fee and only hire from Endless Inspirations, a cleaning fee will be charged. This is charged at 10% of your quotation,

with the minimal charge being R200.00 (for example : if your quote totals R1500.00 - the 10% cleaning fee will be R150.00, howev er our minimal charge is R200.00).

Therefore R200.00 will be charged instead of R150.00. This charge is to pay our staff to clean the decor before and after you hire it. It also includes the packing of items.

* The client is responsible for the items from the time that they leav e Endless Inspirations' premises until they are returned to us.

* Please note that often decor items are returned damaged / not returned from prev ious functions. Should Endless Inspirations not be able to prov ide you

with the exact decor item, as per your quotation, we reserv e the right to either exchange this item with an item similar or refund you for the item we are unable

to prov ide. This often happens with glass. In this case, kindly let us know if you prefer we just take care of the problem / if we should make you aware of the problem.

Please confirm by completing : Endless Inspirations is to handle the problem and not make myself / any bridal party aware of the situation

* All flowers may be kept by the client, howev er the v ases / pots or buckets that they arriv ed in or go in, remain property of Endless Inspirations (unless otherwise stated).

* Please note that flowers are subject to av ailability and prices are nev er 100% fixed regardless of what was quoted by Endless Inspirations. In a situation

where the flowers are more expensiv e than what was quoted, we will contact you and inform you. You can then make the decision to pay in the difference

to get the flowers that you want, or we will work around the initial paid / quoted amount.

* Endless Inspirations is only able to obtain the final prices of flowers when the flowers are picked up from the market, the day before your function.

We quote using an av erage from our highly skilled and experienced florist, howev er it is sometimes difficult to charge the exact amount, as the flower prices are

unstable, subject to av ailability and change on a daily basis.

* All the abov e T's and C's regarding flowers remain in tact.

* Our sponsorship is v alued at R10 000.00, of which R2000.00 is allocated to the planning inv olv ed, staff labour costs, setup of the flowers on your wedding day,

administration and 3 consultations (as stated abov e under "General") . This will also include deliv ery of the flower arrangements to Diep in die Berg.

* This fee cov ers the planning, setup, labour, staff costs, meetings & admin inv olv ed in planning your wedding / function.

* R8000.00 of the R10 000.00 sponsorship is allocated to the cost of flowers.

* Please note that as per our Terms and Conditions, we will require confirmation on all flower arrangements one month prior to your wedding.

* Please note that the Terms and Conditions regarding a mock setup remain as stated below under "Mock Setup"

* This fee is charged at 25% of quote total. With the minimum being R3000.00

* Please note that should your function / wedding take place on a Public Holiday, our fee will double.

* Should you not be hiring items from Endless Inspirations, but do require us to just do the setup of your tables, a fee of R350.00 per table will be charged.

* This fee cov ers the planning, setup, labour, staff costs, meetings & admin inv olv ed in planning your wedding / function.

* Setup includes all that is on your quotation, from Ceremony to Reception. Should there be items that are required to be setup by us but are not on your

quotation, we need to be made aware of this prior to your function /wedding day. If this is not arranged with & approv ed by us, it will not be our responsibility.

* Any additional work outside what has been quoted on / inv oiced, will be charged at an additional R350.00 per hour, if not prev iously arranged with & approv ed

by Endless Inspirations.

* Should you choose to waiv er this fee, please note that Endless Inspirations will not be responsible for any setups, planning or management of your Wedding/Function.

* This fee does not include coordination. Please refer below for Coordination Fees.

* If Endless Inspirations needs to wait for third party suppliers before being able to continue with the setup, a rate of R350.00 will be charged per hour of being delayed.

* The floor plan must be organised with the v enue and they need to do the floor layout and setup the tables, chairs, etc before the arriv al of Endless Inspirations,

on the day of the function. Should we be delayed in setup due to this not being done, we will charge the client an additional fee of R350.00 per hour of being delayed.

* Any items prov ided by any supplier other than Endless Inspirations, needs to either be at the v enue on the arriv al of Endless Inspiration or deliv ered to

Endless Inspirations the day before, if Endless Inspirations is to handle all setups (as per quotation).

* We do not do deliv eries to your v enue, if we do not do the entire setup.

* A breakdown fee will be charged at R1500.00, as Endless Inspirations goes back to the v enue the day after your function to pack, clean and collect all items that

we deliv ered / quoted on.

* This fee also includes Endless Inspirations returning all items back to v endors (that we quoted on), should this be necessary.

* Please note that we do not clean the v enue or act as waiters. This fee only cov ers the admin, staff and labour costs inv olv ed in us collecting items quoted on from

the v enue, packing them up, cleaning them and returning them back to the necessary v endors / suppliers.

* We will not return to the v enue the night of the wedding / function to mov e or collect the items quoted on. The client will be responsible for the safe keeping of the

items, until the next day when Endless Inspirations arriv es at the v enue. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange the safe keeping of the items with their v enue.

* We do not do collections without the Breakdown fee being charged.

* Should you choose to waiv er this fee, you will be responsible/liable to pack up, clean and return all items to the offices of Endless Inspirations and other v endors.

* Coordination will be charged at R500.00 per hour. This fee excludes trav elling costs.

* We can coordinate your wedding / function from one hour before your guests arriv e until one hour after your guests hav e left.

* The hours charged are from when we leav e our premises until we return back to our premises.

* Coordination means that the coordinator will be charge of the program supplied by the client. A coordinator is not a waiter and will not be expected to wait on

your guests.

* Please note that this fee does not include waiters or any other staff. Only one coordinator will attend and coordinate, unless we adv ise otherwise.

* Please note that our fees are double on Public Holidays.

* Please note that we do not coordinate at a client's priv ate residence. Until otherwise arranged with us.

* A mock setup can be organised at a fee of R500.00 per table.

* If we quoted you on more than one table design, we will charge R500.00 per table design, that we setup.

* This fee includes : the consultation, admin inv olv ed, fuel costs to collect and return items that are sourced through external v endors and decor items quoted on.

* This fee does not include the flowers quoted on and trav el costs to your v enue (should the mock be done at your v enue). Fuel charge is at R5.00 per km.

* Flowers will be charged separately, as they are charged on your quotation.

* Please note that not all the exact flowers that you were quoted on, are av ailable year round. Should this be the case, we substitute those flowers.

* Please note that a mock table is only done for your Guest Tables quoted on. Not the Bridal Table.

* Please note that we mostly only do Mock setups on a Thursday, as we go to the flower market on a Wednesday.

* Venue Selection/ Venue Sourcing is done by Endless Inspirations at a charge of 10% of the Venue's final quotation to client, as we will mostly be dealing with

the v enue on your behalf.

(E.g. : if the Venue's final quotation is R100 000.00, Endless Inspirations will inv oice the client R10 000.00 for all admin, fuel costs, etc inv olv ed in sourcing the v enue

and the management thereof).

* Please note that should we be doing your catering and you would like a food tasting, the charge will be the same price as quoted per head.

* 75% of quotation total is required up front, in order to confirm your function and secure your items (proof of payment to be emailed : [email protected]).

Final amount (25%) owing is required no later than 1 month prior to function / wedding date.

* Should you want to book / secure our serv ices before we hav e settled on / confirmed a quotation, a refundable Reserv ation Fee of R2500.00 will be charged.

This fee will be refunded with your Breakage deposit if you make use of our serv ices. Should you cancel your wedding / function date with us, you will forfeit the refund,

as we only make a certain amount of bookings per date. Therefore, if you booked us and do not use us, we hav e lost other business for that date.

* Please ensure to use your name and quote number as a payment reference and email your proof of payment to : [email protected]

* Please refrain from making any CASH deposits into our account. We only accept an EFT as a payment method.

* Please note that special Payment arrangements can only be made with Melissa Olori, no other Endless Inspirations staff will be allowed to make these arrangements.

* By paying Endless Inspirations, we assume that you hav e read and understood our Terms and Condition, and thereby that you accept them.

* You will forfeit 30 % of the total quotation, should you cancel from the first payment you made to Endless Inspirations, to 60 days prior to function.

* You will forfeit 50 % of the total quotation, should you cancel 59 - 41 days prior to function.

* You will forfeit 70 % of the total quotation, should you cancel 40 - 20 days prior to function.

* You will forfeit 100 % of the total quotation, should you cancel 19 - 1 day prior to function.

* Endless Inspirations reserv es the right to cancel any wedding or function if it is considered that we can no longer be of serv ice to our client. Or if any of our Terms

and conditions are not adhered to.

* It is the client's responsibility to prov ide Endless Inspirations with their banking details, in order for us to refund you your Breakage Deposit, should there be any.

* No stock will be released without the breakage deposit being paid, along with the balance of the quotation.

* A refundable breakage deposit of up to 50% of your quotation amount can be charged. This will be determined by Endless Inspirations.

* If there are no damages, shortages or breakages, you will be refunded in full.

* All breakages / shortages / other extras will be deducted from your breakage deposit.

* If we receiv e back broken items, we throw them away and will charge the client accordingly for the item's replacement. We will howev er, keep the items that are

still usable (for example : The item is just chipped), for the client to collect from our offices on an agreed upon date and time. Please note that items will not be kept

aside for more than 30 days from inspection date. Also note that we do not keep broken items for the client's inspection.

* All candle wax damages, breakages, shortages, etc of function/wedding decor and other items, will be for the Client's account. These will be deducted from the

breakage deposit. If the cost of breakages/shortages/damages exceeds the deposit amount, a separate inv oice will be sent to you, the client, and must be

settled within 5 working days from date of inv oice. If no payment is receiv ed, legal action will be taken.

* Endless Inspirations does not accept any responsibility whatsoev er for loss or damage to any items left on the function premises. This is the client's responsibility.

* No breakage deposit will be refunded until Endless Inspirations and all external v endors are satisfied that we incurred no damage to our property. No cash refunds.

* The balance, if any, of your refundable deposit will be EFT'd into your account within 14 working days, after your function / wedding breakdown. Or within 14

working days after the items are returned to our premises. We will howev er, always try to refund you as soon as possible.

* The breakage cost / fee is charged on a Breakage Inv oice, per item.

* All cutlery, crockery and glassware must be returned CLEAN. If they are not clean when returned to us, we will charge R2.50 per item, cleaning fee.

* We adv ise that you do not place candles on your tables if they are not placed in or on a candle holder.

* We adv ise that you make arrangements with your MC to make an announcement regarding the safe keeping of our property, in order to av oid breakage charges.

* Please refrain from lighting sparklers ov er any linen. The sparks burn small holes into the linen. This will be charged for.
