As we hit the last lap of the year, sincerely assess yourself and see how much of the goals and plans you set for yourself at the beginning of the year you have actually achieved. Can you truthfully say you have done well? As the DeltaTek Group also, how have we fared? Well, the good news is that we all still have four months ahead to hit the ground running or to refine our pursuits. Some habits must drop, some mindsets must change and some relationships must be built as we push to achieve our set goals so we can all have a glorious end of year. I am positive that together, we can still birth some great things in this "ember" months if we have the right attitude matched with appropriate actions. Let's walk the talk so we can cheerfully, talk the walk at the end of the year.
