THE GRAND DESIGN SALONThe Grand Design Salon is a full-service hair and nail salonthat offers the best in hair care and styling, as well as nail careand make-up application services. Select salon services such ascornrow braids, hair wraps, henna tattoos, manicures and pedi-cures are also offered by the Activity Pool.

SPA GRANDE INFORMATION FACILITY USEUse of all fitness facilities is included in the Resort Fee forall resort guests. For visiting and neighbor resort guests, anadditional charge of $30 will be added to your total chargesfor spa services. Visiting and neighbor resort guests holdingspa appointments are granted use of the Fitness Center,cardiovascular room, weight training room and one fitnessclass on the same day of spa treatment. This charge doesnot include use of outdoor pools.

AGE POLICYGuests under the age of 16 may receive treatments, excludingthe Termé Wailea Hydrotherapy if accompanied by a parent orguardian and with a signed waiver. Minors may be asked toshow proof of age.

CHECK IN POLICYPlease arrive at the Spa a minimum of 15 minutes prior to yourTermé Wailea Hydrotherapy appointment time. This will allowyou one hour in the Termé Wailea Hydrotherapy precedingyour next treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICYTo cancel or change an appointment, you must do so fourhours or more prior to your first treatment. If treatment iscancelled less than 4 hours, guest will be charged 100% ofthe treatment cost.

RESERVATIONSGuests are encouraged to make Spa arrangements in advance toensure appointment times are available. A credit card is requiredto secure Spa appointments. Prices are subject to changewithout notice. Gratuity is not included in Spa service prices.
