Loch Lomond must be the world’s most famous Loch and has been much written about, both in song and verse. The area is renowned for its beauty and tranquillity and these attributes are certainly to be found in the two-bedroom Lomand suite itself. Entrance to the suite is from the Tartan bedecked corridors onto a solid oak floored foyer that leads to all the rooms in this split-level suite.

THE LOMAND SUITE

The KitchenTo the left of the entrance can be found the impressive lounge-kitchen, which features an electric ceramic hob, Whirlpool electric fan oven, an Indesit dishwasher and a combination Indesit refrigerator/four drawer freezer. The worktops are of solid granite and the large, black Italian wall tiles pick out the featured brushed chrome extraction chimney that dominates the elegant natural wood cupboard and drawer units.

The LoungeThe theme is repeated with the black tiled flooring of the kitchen that contrasts with the solid oak wooden flooring of the open plan lounge/diner. A wooden dining table with matching wood and leather high back dining chairs sit comfortably next to the central fireplace. The mantle and surround are in wood and an electric flame effect fire features. Above the mantle is a large ornate mirror that reflects the large wood and leather corner suite. The suite can be split into separate units and is upholstered with cushions in caramel and chocolate. A large wall mounted plasma screen television, wall mounted speakers and a USB/DVD player housed on a black glass stand complete the room. Low voltage, dimmable downlighters feature throughout and contemporary, wall-mounted radiators provide ancillary heating.

Leading up two steps, the corridor reveals both bedrooms and the guest shower bathroom. The guest shower room is fitted with modern white fittings and is tiled throughout in white and metallic mosaic at the dado level and within the shower cubicle. All fittings are in chrome and a heated radiator towel rail completes the facility.

The Master Bedroom

To the end of the suite is the master bedroom is generous in proportion housing a large double bed. The bedroom is furnished with a natural wood dresser, two bedside chest of drawers and mirror fronted built- in wardrobe. A large wall mounted plasma television sits opposite the bed. Carpeted throughout the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring a whirlpool bath and shower, large chrome heated towel rail/ radiator. A wall niche houses a large mirror and the bathroom is tiled throughout in Italianate ceramic tiles in a terracotta blush and cream marble pattern. The Second Bedroom

The second bedroom features a kingsize bed in natural wood and is carpeted throughout with a soft beige floor, flanked by two wood and cream, two drawer bedside cabinets. A wall mounted 32 “ Plasma television also compliments the room. And three large windows fitted with wooden Venetian blinds amply provide natural

daylight. A two-door wardrobe in matching wood and cream with inbuilt lighting complete the room.

The En Suite Bathroom is reached through a separate door. The whirlpool bath and shower are fitted in chrome and the bathroom is tiled throughout in an Italian cream and beige ceramic, Other feature in this bathroom are, a solid wood, bevelled mirror over the wash basin, a chrome heated towel rail/radiator and a window featuring wooden Venetian blind. The master bedroom benefits from natural light throughout.
