A warm welcome to theLondon School of Astrology!

Our school was founded in 2000 and, now approaching our 21st academic year, we are delighted to say that the LSA continues to be the most popular place to study astrology in the UK.

The LSA offers weekly classes and seminars designed to help you use the powerful tool of astrology for your own personal self-development and in a professional capacity, too. Our classes show that astrology – essentially a spiritual discipline – can be practical and relevant to all aspects of everyday life.

Our aim is to provide the highest standard of tuition in a fun and supportive environment and our tutors are experienced, practising astrologers. They are teachers and consultants who have the breadth of knowledge that is only acquired after many years of working on a day-to-day basis with astrology.

Once again this year, we are offering both a weeknight and Saturday study option for Beginners plus Live Streaming.

Open Evening – Thursday 8 OctoberOur free, no-obligation Open Evening takes place on Thursday 8 October from 7pm to 8.30pm – three weeks before our regular weeknight classes begin. There will be a fun talk on astrology and the zodiac, and it’s a chance to meet tutors, see the venue and ask questions. There’s no need to book – it is open to all and (along with our weekly classes) held at Friends House, 173 Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ (directly opposite Euston Station and the bus terminal exit).

Sparks and Shifts in RelationshipA seminar with Lynn Bell, Saturday 27 February 2021, 10.30am to 4.45pm

Jung wrote, ‘The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances. If there is any reaction, both are transformed.’ Even brief encounters can have this kind of alchemical power to shift us internally. Long term partnerships put down deep roots and go through hot and cold zones, stuck places and burnouts. After the merging, there is the shaking out of what truly belongs to us. Over time, we can wear out the other’s resistance, and habits give way to friction, irritation, excitement or crisis.

In this new workshop, Lynn will consider the spark of inter-chart contacts (the synastry) and the times of tectonic shifts in relationship, as often described by transits linked to Pluto, Saturn or the quincunx. These transits may signal the withdrawal of energy from certain parts of a chart/relationship, or the lighting up of others – when crisis brings forth action or the way out of a stuck situation. (Incl. in Year 2’s and Year 3’s Term 2 fees.)

We have strong links to the landmark Astrology Shop at 78 Neal Street in Covent Garden, and work together at various annual events. All LSA students receive generous discounts at the shop. We also have professional ties with The Astrological Journal (UK) and The Mountain Astrologer (USA) – the two leading astrological magazines.

Tarot Online – available now + from Feb 2021Along with our regular London Tarot Beginners Course, we’ve launched an online course (8 pre-recorded classes – 18 hours in total – plus 3 Q&A sessions of 120 mins, £255) with expert Tarot reader and psychologist Mario Trevino. It is running again (with new Q&As) from 26 February 2021. Students wishing to start in 2020 can sign up for the current course (in which all Q&As have been completed) and have access to the new run in February. For complete details, see our online courses website: https://www.londonschoolofastrology.com/courses/tarot-beginners

The LSA is also delighted to be working side-by-side with New Moon (in Beijing), which offers our courses in Mandarin, The Leo School of Astrology (in Istanbul) and Grand Trine (in Tokyo), who are translating Frank’s webinars for Japanese-speaking students.

Our Annual Thames Boat TripEach year we organise a boat trip down the Thames.

It’s free and a great opportunity to meet up with fellow students, tutors and friends as we sail down the river. In 2021, it will take place on the afternoon

of Sunday 21 March (2.30pm until 6pm), and it’s the LSA’s 21st anniversary and Frank’s 17th year as Principal. We’ll also be presenting certificates and diplomas to students. We’ll be posting complete

details by email in early 2021.
