Water Villas and the 2 opulent Sunset Water Villas. The

Water Villas feature eco-friendly wooden interiors and are

built on stilts over the water with sweeping views of the

turquoise Indian Ocean.

The Water Villas are completely self-contained, inclusive

of ocean-view baths, Philippe Stark fi ttings, an espresso

machine and private sun decks with stairs leading into

the sea. Superior, Deluxe and Premier Water Villas offer a

Jacuzzi plunge pool on the sun deck, while Premier Water

Villas also have a second Jacuzzi in the bathroom with an

in-built TV.

Sunset Water Villas

Designed for privacy, these two exclusive Sunset Water

Villas stand in a remote area of the lagoon, complete with

a spectacular glass-fl oored living room. The 250m2 Villas

have been designed with traditional thatched roofs and

Canadian Red Cedar wood, incorporating contemporary

The Sunset Water Villas offer a Jacuzzi on the terrace and

presented in perfect condition. Each bottle of wine has been

hand selected by Dr Ron Georgiou, one of only 265 Masters
