Everyone is born without a certain set of qualities; the qualities of his personality appear later as a result of the combination of some traits of his nature and the conditions he lives under. So it means that one should create, i.e. to construct his own personality step by step.

So one can be a good director no matter what age he is. If only a young person could be as experienced as an older one; if only an older person could be as full of energy as a younger one…


Sex As for the gender question I would like to share the

following with you. Men are usually more definite in taking decisions; women are usually more emotional. If a woman is at the head of a company they say she is lucky to have that position. If a man is at the head of the company everybody considers him to be very experienced.


Education

An average high level director of a western company usually has a high-quality university education. It means that a person has a high level of training and that he is able to use his knowledge in practice. Not what is registered in one’s diploma guarantees some success; but what kind of real knowledge one has got.


In the history of many companies there are many cases when some outstanding and very talented directors started their work with very simple jobs and reached those high positions; and also when some heirs when controlling the company failed and the company was bankrupt.

11. Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.Будь дружелюбен с ботанами. Не исключено, что в итоге ты будешь работать на одного из них.
