The hotel boasts a rich history, dating back to 1540. The mansion house’s original features have been largely retained with stunning beams visible throughout, and the front door was originally part of the

dungeon in Lewes Castle.

Today, guests can enjoy comfortable surroundings in one of 49 individually styled bedrooms, housed either in the main house or contemporary wing, with preferential rates available. They can also experience

fine dining at the exclusive two AA rosette Cavendish Restaurant, and enjoy breath-taking views of the London skyline from the Terrace Bar.

New for 2020 we are offering the opportunity to host your truly magical wedding day, with exclusive use of the The Manor House, the Grounds, the Cavendish Restaurant and Bar along with the 49 beautifully designed

bedrooms for you and your guests.

Nestled in the grounds of The Manor is our stunning glass sided marquee which can accommodate up to 450 guests for wedding ceremonies and celebrations.

With exclusive use this really allows your wedding day to continue from 11am until 11am the following day, uninterrupted, surrounded by your friends and family in a really unique and magical location.
