MasterCorp’s Chief Housekeeper, Alan Grindstaff, announced he plans to visit every resort

and business entity we serve just as he did last year. At each resort, he is looking forward to

meeting our associates, seeing People Proud in action, and attending the site’s Supervisor

Training Sessions. Mr. Grindstaff is amazed by the tenure within the company he is seeing

Polo Towers Partners with Clean the World

Clean the World partners with hotels and resorts to recycle soap and other toiletries to provide countries with access to basic hygiene. This soap will be used in hygiene kits that are provided to help the Las Vegas homeless, as well as provide access to hygiene throughout the world. Clean the World has recycled over 50 million bars of soap!!! Thank you to the MasterCorp team and Polo Towers for making a difference in our world!

Values Spotlight: Leading by Example

Lottie Swearingen, Housekeeper at Bluegreen MountainLoft was celebrated for displaying honorable integrity. With the entire team present, GM, Jeff Honeycutt, presented Lottie with $912 cash (lost and found) that she turned in last year on October 20th. After 7 months, no one had claimed the lost and found, therefore it was returned to her.

Lottie, a tenured housekeeper and self-inspector truly exemplified her commitment to our core values. She was so, so excited. She said she knew it was money but had no idea of the amount. MasterCorp is honored to have Lottie on the team!

Hospitality the MasterCorp wayBenita Evans, pictured above,

provided service to a long-time guest at site 171, The Colonies. Upon departing, the guest wrote a very nice letter thanking Benita for the amazing job she did. Leadership framed the letter and presented her with a $50 gift card during their MasterTalk!

We are proud of you Benita and so happy to have you on board!

Associate, Norma Schmidt (Cibola Vista Resort) was presented with a certificate and $100.00 gift card for People Proud INTEGRITY. Norma found $130.00 cash on the ground and turned it in. The following week she found $950.00 cash left in a room and immediately called us to come and retrieve it.
