Instructions ForFilling up Scholarship Application Form 2014-2015

Important: There is one Common Application Form for all thescholarships. Candidates should fill up oneApplication Form and attach only one set ofmarksheet and other documents.

While filling up Application th~' following points must be kept in mind.

1. Use Black Pen and legible capital letters. Incomplete, illegible andcarelessly filled-in applications will be rejected.

2. Educational qualification should be entered in chronological order as perapplication.

3. Percentage of marks must be accurate upto two places after decimal.4. Some Boards for the improvement of division include certain marks of

additional subject in the total marks (numerator) without correspondingaddition in the denominator. In such cases while calculating percentageeither the additional marks be deducted from the numerator or

corresponding addition in the denominator be made.

5. Those students who have received scholarship/financial assistance duringlast years must indicate information in the prescribe column, failingwhich continuation shall not be possible.

6. Those students who have received Scholarship from AMUAA ofCalifornia (AMUAA-CA) during previous year/s must attach a briefstatement (100-150 words) describing how the scholarship award fromAMUAA-C,A helped in pursuit of his/her academic goals at AMU, failingwhich application will not be accepted. Please include full name andEnrollment Number on the statement sheet.
