Airport Limousines

Limousines must be pre-booked and in most cases the driver will meet you at the Baggage Claim area, or may await your call after you have picked up your baggage. Discuss these exact arrangements with your preferred company.

Shuttle Services

Shuttle services depart from Lower Level Arrivals near door 3. There are shuttles between several destinations downtown, surrounding suburbs and between O’Hare and Midway airports. See the Ground Transportation Information Booth located on the Baggage Claim level near carousel #4.
