For the third consecutive year, the National Trust of Trinidad hosted interns from the US ICOMOS (InternationalCouncil of Monuments and Sites). This was the first year we hosted 2 interns - Stephanie Brisita and Eric Stalheim,they worked in partnership with the San Fernando City Corporation to develop 6 dossiers on sites and a standardsand guidelines on the Plaza San Carlos Heritage District.

INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
Clea Warner, General Manager, North West and Islands, The National Trust for Scotland visited the National Trust ofTrinidad and Tobago. The TT National Trust was awarded a Technical Assistance Programme grant from theInternational National Trusts Organisation. She came to offer advice and inspiration on the reimagining of NelsonIsland and Banwari Archaeological Site.

This year, the Trust took 4,276 people on tours.
Some of the tours added to the roster are the Mayaro Tour, Popping Piparo Tour, Paramin Tour, Nariva Swamp Tour,Lapeyrouse Cemetery Tour and Oropuche Lagoon Tour.
