IYFR WA Inaugural Siblings day out a huge success!

Siblings of children living with

Cystic Fibrosis often play

second fiddle to their brothers

and sisters who live with this

life-long degenerative genetic

disease, so it was great to be

able to give 20 siblings a great

day out on the water with fun

and games and a great

sausage sizzle!

Special thanks to Commodore

Nigel skippering Strawberry

Fields and his lovely wife

Wendy, Treasurer Malcolm

skipper of Detour and of

course his trusty crew

Siblings enjoying their day out on the Swan River

Commodore Nigel cooked up a storm of sausages and kebabs whilst Tony and Jenny prepared wonderful cold meats and salad. None of which hit the spot as much as Mal’s surprise Ice creams for dessert!
