INTERNATIONAL LABOUR OFFICE (ILO) (1992) STATES THAT DESIGNERS SHOULD:

RECEIVE TRAINING IN H&S INTEGRATE THE H&S OF CONSTRUCTION WORKERS

INTO THE DESIGN AND PLANNING PROCESS NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING IN A DESIGN WHICH
