Dallas Pretty has served as a member of the board of directors of Loop Insights Inc. since July 2018. Mr. Pretty has been a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) since June 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University in December 1993. Mr. Pretty has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Inetco Systems Ltd., a private British Columbia technology company, since October 2014, and as the Chief Financial Officer of MIMIK Technologies Inc, a private British Columbia technology company, between 2013 and 2015.

Mr. Pretty has also previously held senior finance roles with Unity Wireless Corporation, Meridex Software Corporation (TSXV: MSC), and Sideware Systems Inc. Prior to leaving public practice, Mr. Pretty was a manager in the audit and advisory services group at KPMG LLP, where he worked with a portfolio of private and public companies primarily in the technology industry.

Greg Vance has served as a member of the board of directors of Loop Insights Inc. since July 2018. Mr. Vance has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since January 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of British Columbia in April 1987.

Mr. Vance previously served as Vice President of RBC Capital Markets from 1988 to 1995, and founded and served as President of POS ProVisions Ltd. from 1995 to 1999. POS Provisions Ltd. was subsequently acquired by ScanSource Canada Inc. (NASDAQ: SCSC) in 1999 and Mr. Vance subsequently served as President of Canadian Operations of ScanSource Canada Inc. until 2002.
