  • The new universal dental implantology

  • More and more frequently there are people who have long lost many of their teeth and are therefore forced to wear a removable prosthesis (dentures or skeletal dentures) without the possibility of having an implant surgery due to an insu cient percentage of residual bone, both in height and in thickness.Invasive and debilitating bone regeneration surgical procedures with grafting were proposed to these patients, without guaranteeing a xed solution as well as long recovery times (usually about a year).

We have completed the patent for a new implant technique with a sub-periosteal implant protocol (placed under the gum and not in the bone) to allow everyone to be able to have fixed teeth again, regardless of their starting conditions. To achieve this result, we have created an innovative dental implant using the latest technologies available to guarantee a better, unequalled quality product and the opportunity of a new type of surgery, which is completely di erent from the past.

Eagle Grid is at the top of the new dental implant techniques: it is a new implant protocol consisting of a customized metal structure, in fact a titanium grid. The implant is supported by the maxillary or mandibular bone and is xed with osteo-synthesis screws.

    Presentation

Eagle Grid is a new type of implantologywhich is aimed at patients who do not have su cient

    bone for traditional bone implantology.

Eagle Grid fixed implant prostheses: dental implants for people who have little bone.Titanium: for years now has been the metal par excellence for implants, thanks to its biocompatibility with the bone tissue and virtually no cases of allergic reactions. The Eagle Grid forms an entirely personalized xed prosthesis on which the new teeth are anchored. The grid is made by starting from the cast of the residual bone in the patient’s mouth, obtained thanks to speci c tests which detect the precise measurements required.

The design and production of the Eagle Grid fixed prostheses are managed by an expert sta of biomedical engineers, specialist dental-doctors, dental technicians and IT experts, who together achieve maximum precision with

professionalism throughout every stage of the process.

The Eagle Grid fixed prosthesis can resolve cases where there is a total

lack of maxillary or mandibular teeth or restore missing

teeth in isolated areas of the mouth.

    Who is Eagle Grid for?

  • Procedure

1 After a panoramic x-ray of the dental arches, we proceed with the creation of the impressions of the patient’s mouth. Afterwards, a specialized laboratory will make a radiological mask to be worn during the

tomographic examination (CT Scan or Cone Beam). The transparent resin mask will recreate the teeth you want to rebuild at the end of the procedure.

2 The CT images are sent to a processing center that provides the CAD CAM design of the Eagle Grid, which will then be produced

in a customized manner according to the characteristics required for each patient.

3 High-tech equipment (laser melting) using a high-intensity laser beam, synthesizes the titanium powder in successive

layers, creating a three-dimensional structure: the Eagle Grid.

4 In a dental clinic, under local anesthesia or with a conscious sedation, the gum is detached, allowing bone exposure and the grid to be positioned. The Eagle Grid will be fixed by osteo-synthesis screws (the same

used in Orthopedics and Traumatology). After suturing, the patient is immediately given a first provisional resin that guarantees chewing and perfect healing of the gums.

5 After 3/4 months, once the grid and the tissues involved have been stabilized, the definitive fixed dental prosthesis is produced and inserted into the patient’s mouth.
