• Started as a standard centralized job board for Federal job opportunities– Previously applicants had to search more than 450
individual government web sites– Were often challenged by outdated paper and faxed
based applications• Enhanced over the years to a applicant-centric job search
and apply web site that leverages a new open integration framework to utilize many other tools such as assessments, alternate sourcing, social media, reports and so on.
