Invented by Donaldson, PowerPleat air cleaners offer equipment manufacturers a powerful new

filtration solution to protect engines from dust and contamination.

PowerPleat air cleaners offer an optimal balance of benefits, including:

Reliable Power Using Donaldson’s proven RadialSeal™ design, PowerPleat air

cleaners provide the utmost in engine protection to equipment manufacturers

and end users in the harshest, most power-demanding applications on the

planet.

Smaller Size PowerPleat models offer the advantage of being able to use

an air cleaner with a smaller overall space claim compared to competitive

alternatives. PowerPleat 4 – 10 sizes will have a 30 percent smaller space

claim required for servicing.

Easy integration The innovative plastic design allows for system

simplification that saves money — there’s no need for external pre-cleaners,

scavenged systems or additional mounting brackets. Highly flexible mounting

options and multiple inlet/outlet configurations make system integration easy.

PowerPleat will also be offered in a wide range of sizes, with several that are

drop-in replacements for Donaldson’s popular FPG and FRG models.

Building on our successful PowerCore® line, PowerPleat™ gives you proven RadialSeal™ performance from the company that invented air cleaners for heavy-duty engines.
