• Time  sensi,ve  (1  year,  3  years,  5  years,  etc.)  

• Protects  the  seller  upon  you  using  or  releasing  sensi,ve  informa,on  (employees,  customers,  financial  data)

Take to the first meeting

• Leave  with  the  seller  for  signing  (2  copies)  

• Some  may  just  sign  in  front  of  you  

• Then  produce  the  basic  informa,on  requirements  list  (see  next  video)
