Who we are
Noviasalcedo Foundation (NSF) is a not-for-profit private cultural foundation committed to
sustainability.
Our mission is to accompany young people in finding their place
in the world of work and in wider society.
Vision
At Noviasalcedo, we strive to play an active role in knowledge and excellence networks, and as such act as a reference point for our key stakeholders, which include: – Youths and anyone seeking life-long learning – Individuals and organisations with which we
collaborate – Public administration – Society within which we operate – Staff members of our organisation

2. It’s unique research agenda is based on knowledge and data gathered from the field experience of NSF.
3. Youth Trendwatch XXI®: Observes trends and undertakes research on education, values, economic environment, labour market
4. Relies on active contributions from an international community of experts.
5. Mobilises high-level stakeholders, provokes and influences, through active collaboration and engagement a transfer of knowledge between political and socio-economic actors.
