LOBBIESLobby Entry Signage reminding employees to wear masks in common areas and maintain social distancing protocols.

SOCIAL DISTANCINGLobby furniture has been removed to allow for additional room and social distancing dots are on the flooring to assist with elevator cueing. Hand sanitizing stations have been installed in main lobby entrances.

ELEVATORSElevator Signage stating that elevators are limited to two people at a time to maintain proper social distancing as well as floor stickers showing where to stand to maintain that distance within the elevator cab.

STAIRWELLSStairwell Up and Stairwell Down signage has been installed to maintain social distancing while using the stairs and to give an alternative to limited elevator occupancy.

BATHROOMSHardware has been changed to disable locks and installed arm pulls on restroom entrance doors so that your employees can enter and exit the restrooms without physically touching any hardware.

ENHANCED CLEANINGAll building common areas have been deep cleaned and disinfected. Every closed tenant space shall also be deep cleaned prior to individual offices reopening. Frequently touch points will be disinfected at least three times per day. Stairwell railings, any amenity areas and restroom fixtures will be disinfected at least two times per day.
