4. GREEN ISLAND with BLUE SEA - This represents Tagbilaran City. - This is drawn out from the city’s Official Seal.
5. CORE VALUES: ACCOUNTABILITY, ACHIEVEMENT, & WORK STANDARDS - This component states the 3 Core Values of the City Schools Division of Tagbilaran.
6. NAME OF THE DEPARTMENT (Department of Education)
7. YEAR OF ESTABLISHMENT (2003) - This component states the year that the division became an Interim.
COLORS:
1. RED & BLUE - Colors that are derived from the Philippine Flag and the Department of Education.
2. GREEN
- Color derived from the Island component of the City’s Official Seal and from the official color of the Province of Bohol

- This represents the division as a community.
DESIGN: 1. SEMI-MODERN LOGO with Minimal Components
- The logo is purposely designed in this way to create a unique visual effect and to deviate from the traditional way of designing logos. In this way, it gives a subliminal message that the division is a community that is relevant to the modern times.
