The Official WCCCC Newsletter
Welcome News by Macie Schubert
We are so thrilled to welcome 2020!
2019 was a year of remarkable growth for the West Chambers County
Chamber of Commerce and set the stage for bigger and better things to come
in 2020.
The new year started out with our annual Board of Directors Retreat, where the
Texas Chamber of Commerce Executive’s Aaron Cox facilitated a day of
visionary planning. As a result, we will be rolling out news programs and
opportunities this year, which you can find inside this newsletter.
We also celebrated the incredible achievements of our local community leaders
and businesses. The WCCCC’s “Rolling into 2020” Annual Awards Gala broke
the record for the largest attendance. Thank you to all of our elected officials,
sponsors and members who made the evening possible.
February is an exciting month for the WCCCC! We are hosting two brand-new
events. On February 18, we will honor a few of our local heroes during the
Public Servants of the Year Awards Luncheon. On February 27, we are
bringing Vegas to the WCCCC with our inaugural Poker Night! Sponsorships
and seats are still available, so contact the chamber office to learn more about
these events.
We have so much in store this year and don’t want you to miss a thing. Make
sure to follow us on Facebook and visit our website’s Calendar of Events
regularly to find out what’s coming up.
Thank you for being a vital part of the West Chambers County Chamber of
Commerce.
