Julie Farrier, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in Orthopaedics and Sport Medicine. Throughout her professional career, Julie has collaborated with a variety of orthopaedic physicians to treat patients with a vast array of Orthopaedic conditions. Her duties as an orthopaedic physician assistant include evaluation and treatment plan development for new, established, and post-surgical patients. As part of her clinical work, she orders and interprets radiographs and various other lab work/diagnostic studies. She also has vast experience in casting/splinting and injections of the knee and shoulder. In the operating room, her duties include positioning, draping, first assisting in surgeries, and wound closure.

Julie is involved in her community, providing sports physicals for local high school student athletes and precepts high school students and PA students with an interest in orthopaedics. Julie completed her undergraduate studies at Wright State University with a bachelor’s in science and furthered her education at Kettering College to receive her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.
