The other day I saw Black Swan.It was really good. Natalie Portman played the part of a ballerina. She

spent all her time in rehearsal. Little by little she became haunted by the

character she interpreted. It was quite scary in parts!

The imperfect tense is used for several things:

1.To describe what somebody or something was like

2.What used to happen

3.What was happening/what somebody was doing
