They inspired me because they are always telling me to learn something new or to read an article in a newspaper or magazine. What will you read next? I chose to write about this book because it wasy very interesting in many different ways and it had a nice solid plot. This book is about a never ending struggle between two gangs named The Greasers who are known to be the poor people and the Socs who are known as the upper classmen. These two gangs often end up fighting each other without reason and sometimes the results are catastrophic. Throughout this book you will be following a Greaser named Ponyboy Curtis who lives with his two brothers on the poor side of town. As you read on you will go on an adventure with this character that shows you both the ups and the downs of life as a Greaser. Overall I though that this was a great book. I thought that this book was good because it kept you guessing on what was going to happen next and not only that, but it also taught you just how lucky you are to live in a place where everybody is treated equal!
