Once study built in CR-Assist:• Enter appointment request through CR-Assist• PRC will approve and schedule
PRC staff pre-registers patient in EPIC• Patient registers with registration in CHOA lobby on 1st visit• Patient must be re-registered after 1 year
Subject comes to PRC for consent and treatment
