What to expect on your first day? Louisville Corporate Office

– Dress appropriately – Free parking – Arrive on-time and know your manager’s name – Enter at the main entrance and let the receptionist know you are here for your 1st day – Badge Photo and badge distribution by Human Resources (for corporate office) – Tour the facility & understand emergency procedures – Meet the team you will be working with and understand the duties of the department – Review history, culture, and core values of Papa John’s – Go over expectations(your specific role) & review of policies (summary) – Break rooms with refrigerator available; also campus restaurant available from 11am to 2pm – Be familiar with the time and attendance system (dotStaff) – Be familiar with your own employer’s / agency’s policies – Papa John’s is a Tobacco free Campus

Papa John’s Policies Summary • Workplace Wear

– Corporate Campus is Business Casual Attire. Jeans are only permitted on designated days (Usually Fridays and the weekend).

– QCC – For those assigned to a QCC, you will be advised by your agency the appropriate workplace attire.

• Safety & Emergency Evacuation – Report any injury or observed unsafe working conditions to the Papa John’s Representative and your agency. Each department has a safety captain that is able to assist in emergency situations. Please review the procedures with the Papa John’s supervisor/manager and be introduced to the area/department safety captain.

• Attendance – It is very important that you are here. If you are running late or will be absent for any reason please be sure to contact your agency as soon as you are aware of the situation or at least up to two hours before your shift.

• Workplace Harassment – Harassment of Papa John’s team members and temporaries in the workplace is strictly forbidden. Anyone who believes he or she has been the subject of workplace harassment should report the alleged act immediately to the agency first (if available) and then to the Papa John’s Representative.

Papa John’s Policies Summary - Continued • Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

– As a temporary team member of Papa John’s you will have access to customers’ confidential information.

– Papa John’s International owns all inventions created, designed, developed, contributed to or improved upon by the team member/temporary within the scope of employment/assignment, related to actual or anticipated business or research and development.

– A signed agreement may be provided from your agency to keep the customer and company information protected.

• Facility Usage – Corporate Campus - The Fitness Centers are only available to team members and current

temporary staff. The Campus Store is open during the week for you to purchase Papa John’s items. If you decide to invest in logo wear you will be required to destroy or donate back to Papa John’s the apparel at the end of your assignment. The Campus Restaurant and Starbucks are open daily Monday - Friday providing a variety of fresh food offerings for you to choose.

– QCC – Break rooms, refrigerators and vending are available at the QCC.

Papa John’s Policies Summary - Continued • Workplace Violence & Weapons - It is the policy of Papa John’s to maintain zero tolerance for any

threatening, confrontational or violent workplace behavior. Absolutely no weapons are allowed on company premises, which includes the parking lot and grounds or in company-issued vehicles unless state law requires otherwise. Report any harassing, threatening, or intimidating behavior immediately to your agency and to the Papa John’s Representative.

• Internet Usage & Email Usage – No temporary team member should have any expectation of privacy as to his or her Internet usage. The use of private passwords or attempts to make use confidential will not limit Papa John’s right or ability to monitor its systems. Papa John’s will review Internet activity and analyze usage patterns. This data may be publicized to assure company Internet resources are devoted to maintaining the highest levels of productivity. Papa John’s has software and systems in place that monitor and record all Internet usage. Papa John’s security systems are capable of recording (for each and every user) each World Wide Web site visit, each chat, news group or email message, and each file transfer into and out of our internal networks. Papa John’s reserves the right to monitor and record Internet usage at any time, including inspecting any files stored in private areas of the network.

supply partners, team members, stockholders, and the press. Honest, fair, and ethical behavior is encouraged for our team members and temporary staff.
