Yours will be the only wedding party here on the day and

Our Head Chef will work with you to ensure your wedding
breakfast is sensational and we invite you to visit Tykes
restaurant for a tasting.
The spectacular oak framed Grand Function Hall with
stunning views across the golf course, fountain and lakes
provide a truly romantic setting.
For larger parties, the Grand Function Hall will hold 80-160
guests for your wedding breakfast and 220 for evening
celebrations. For more intimate affairs, the Sanderson Room
holds 30-60 guests during the day and 80 in the evening.
On the day a special red carpet and champagne welcome
awaits you!
Our beautiful White Rose Garden, fountain, lakes and
woodland provide the perfect backdrop for your photographs.
Your Wedding Co-ordinator will personally greet you and
ensure that all your special touches are organised. Our
friendly and efficient team will be looking after your guests
and ensuring eveything runs smoothly, allowing you to relax

At Sandburn Hall we can look after your day from start
to finish. Our Grand Function Hall is licensed for civil
ceremonies so you can take your vows beneath the arched
window overlooking the beautiful lakes and fairways. For
a more intimate setting with the same striking views, the
Sanderson Room is licensed for civil ceremonies too.
If you are looking for something a bit different why not
enjoy your civil ceremony in Sandburn Hall’s blossoming
White Rose Garden under the folly. Surrounded by the
colourful scented flowers and birds singing you will be
amazed by this romantic setting.

1.00am for £150 (12.00 midnight is the usual close
time and is the latest close on Sundays).
• The Sanderson Room is also available to hire for £600
as an opportunity to make your wedding day even more
unique. The events team will be pleased to discuss any
ideas on an individual basis.
• We are happy to put out table decorations such as
name cards, confetti and centrepieces. For more
bespoke or intricate decorations we are able to allocate
a wedding co-ordinator to do this for you at a charge of
£150.

The Griffon Forest lodges are located in the heart of 100
acres of tranquil woodland, just an 8 minute walk along the
‘Tykes Trail’, a lit path from Sandburn Hall.
The luxurious Poachers Premier lodges, make the ideal
setting for the first few nights of your honeymoon. Enjoy
complimentary champagne and chocolates, as you relax in
the hot tub.
There are various lodge options sleeping from two to five
people, meaning your family and friends can also enjoy a
relaxing short break at Griffon Forest over your wedding
weekend. With BBQ equipment at your lodge and Tykes
restaurant only an 8 minute walk you can easily make your
wedding celebrations last all weekend.
Following your evening reception, the bride and groom can
enjoy a chauffeur driven ride back to their lodge in our special
wedding golf buggy.
Griffon Forest offers a special discount of 5% on top of any
other offer rates for all wedding party guests. Contact Helen

B O O K I N G I N F O R M AT I O N
• A minimum number of 80 adults applies for Friday and Saturday weddings all year round. We can be flexible with minimum numbers on other days and we will be pleased to discuss this with you on an individual basis.
• On a Friday and Saturday both a wedding breakfast and an evening buffet must be provided.
(Please note: Bank Holiday Sundays are classified as Saturdays).
• We can hold a provisional date for up to 14 days.
• To secure your date we require a non-refundable deposit of £1000 (which is deducted from your final payment), along with a signed copy of our terms and conditions.
• A further non-refundable payment of £1500 is required 9 months prior to your wedding.
• A non-refundable payment of 50% of the estimated overall cost of the wedding is required 6 months prior to your wedding.
• Final numbers are required 6 weeks before the wedding date with the final balance due 4 weeks prior.
• No external fireworks or chair cover companies may be booked. Please book these services through Sandburn Hall’s recommended suppliers.
• All outside suppliers of goods or services must be approved in advance of booking by Sandburn Hall. There is a fee of £50 to bring any external band or DJ to play at Sandburn Hall for your evening reception.
• If you require a full room change around for your evening reception, there is a charge of £200 to use the Settle Bar during this time
• The wedding package and prices applicable are as detailed in the brochure for the year your wedding takes place.
• A full copy of our terms and conditions are available on request and shall be issued for signature and return upon confirmation of your booking.
• All valuables need to be taken at the end of your wedding day and any remaining decorations needs to be collected by 10am the next day. Anything left after this time will be disposed of unless prior arrangement is agreed.
