Remote Guarding Our clients expect Securitas to provide value- added security programs that can enhance the protection of their people, property and assets, while simultaneously maintaining or even reducing their overall security costs. We have risen to this challenge by offering a suite of Remote Guarding services. After conducting an Operational Analysis, we can recommend to our clients customized, real-time security programs that combine video cameras, video analytics, monitoring centers and security officers. Potential threats are detected by cameras and analyzed based on predefined criteria. When necessary, an operator is alerted who takes immediate action to prevent or minimize damage. We continually identify areas for creating efficiency both in preventing incidents and lowering resource demand. Our Remote Guarding offerings include the following: Remote Alarm Verification Alarm Verification provides our clients with the shortest possible response time when an incident occurs. A live video feed instantly places a remote monitoring center operator on the scene. While authorities are responding, operators can provide critical real-time updates as the situation unfolds. Remote Employee EscortAs is the case with Securitas, our clients’ employees are their most valuable asset. Securitas is partnered with industry leaders to provide fire and burglar response services. Our collective experience and capability in installing and/or monitoring these systems is among the best in the industry. We can address our clients’ needs for services or systems related to:

Video surveillanceDeciding whether to upgrade to IP, or use analog with encoders, may be part of the challenge. We work closely with our clients to help them decide how and who they want to access the cameras, and what and when they should cover. Some applications require very high definition cameras, whereas others are well served with lower resolution and less expensive models. We can assist in these decisions as well, based on the overall security program requirements, and then help design, deploy and maintain the right system as needed.

Service and Maintenance:We offer a full 36 month maintenance program which includes two visits per year and equipment repairs on all systems which we install. However, our clients may also need a maintenance or service program for current systems, which we can design as well. Typically these programs include:

• Cleaning, adjusting and testing camera and access control systems.

• Checking and updating software and firmware on various access control and VMS systems.

• Checking and assisting in management of data storage and bandwidth usage.

However, sometimes systems fail. Our technicians can assist both remotely and on-site. Service programs are customized to client requirements and offer the level of service as required. We offer flat monthly rates to make security budget planning easier as well.
