Schedule for The Plough InnBar Servery

The existing bar serveries will be refurbished and decorated in line with the friendly and modern look and feel of the pub. They will remain separate to better serve the needs of customers in the lively locals bar and the more refined lounge and dining area. Works will include:

• Refurbishing the existing bar counter in the lounge, moving it forward 600mm to provide more efficient service.

• Altering the upper backfitting of both serveries, including shelving and new lighting to better display the premium offering.

• Painting the bar counter fronts in a new tasteful colour palette.

• Installing feature pendant lights over the servery.

• Adding decorative bric-a-brac throughout.

Locals Bar Area

The bar area will be refurbished and redecorated with a feature fire and AWP machines to create a cosy yet lively space for locals to enjoy a relaxed drink. Works will include:

• Retaining and cleaning the existing tiled flooring.

• Reupholstering the existing fixed seating in a deep leather button back design.

• Refurbishing all existing furniture.

• Retaining the existing pool table.

• Adding decorative bric-a-brac and wall art to the space.

Lounge and Dining Area

The lounge and dining area will be refurbished to support the new and improved food offering, matching the overall look and feel of the pub. It will also be the perfect space for customers to enjoy a quiet, relaxed drink. Works will include:

• Redecorating the entire area with a fresh, tasteful colour palette and feature wall paneling.

• Extending the existing timber flooring.

• Laying new carpet.

• Installing new fixed seating upholstered in a leather button back design.

• Adding a new feature fire and hearth with a cosy, decorative surround.

• Refurbishing the existing tables and chairs.

• Installing new lighting throughout, increasing warmth and brightness.

Kitchen

The existing kitchen will be refurbished and redecorated throughout, with new appliances and equipment where required to suit the proposed new menu. The walls, ceiling and joinery will also be painted.

Toilets

The toilets will be refurbished and redecorated in line with the pub’s attractive look and feel. Works will include:

• Retaining and cleaning the existing sanitaryware and wall tiles to all toilets.

• Retaining and cleaning the existing floor tiles in the gents.

• Laying new vinyl flooring in the ladies toilets.

• Redecorating all toilets including adding feature wallpaper to the ladies’.

Beer Garden

The existing beer garden will be refurbished to match the premium interior offer. The space will become a welcoming and vibrant area for customers to enjoy a drink during the warmer months. Works will include:

• Retaining and decorating the existing concrete garage.

• Removing the existing shed, and adding topsoil and lawn grass to create a new grassed area.

• Jet washing the existing flagged patio area to the rear.

• Retaining the existing smoking solution, adding additional lighting and a new stain coat.

• Retaining the existing timber store cupboard.

Cellar

The cellar will receive a full redecoration and repair works where required. A SmartDispense system will be installed to reduce waste and improve quality.

The licensee accommodation will be fully refurbished in line with our ‘Ready to Trade’ promise so you can focus on creating an exceptional venue from the outset.
