LOCATION OF CONFERENCEThe conference will take place in the St Regis SaadiyatIsland, Abu Dhabi.

ACCOMMODATIONHotel accommodation is not included in the RegistrationFee but EPC has negotiated special rates for our delegateswith the conference venue. Your event registrationconfirmation email will provide instructions on how tobook a room at the hotel.

REGISTRATION FEEThis includes attendance at the conference, Conferencedocumentation, lunch and coffee breaks on both daysand attendance at social functions. Full payment mustbe received before the conference in order to guaranteeentry.

CONFERENCE LANGUAGEThe conference language will be English.

VISASDelegates requiring visas in advance to enter UAE can obtain tourist visa support letters from their hotel.

PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO OBTAIN YOUR VISA.

CONFERENCE DOCUMENTATIONIf you are unable to attend the conference in person, you canpurchase the Conference Proceedings. This includes accessto all the papers and presentations, which can bedownloaded from the web site. The conference Proceedingsare available at a cost of USD 600.

CANCELLATIONSCancellations made before 22 January 2019 will berefunded in full less an administrative charge of USD 250.We regret that cancellations made after this date cannot berefunded or credited. Substitutes are acceptable at anytime.
