Readiness Activities
Attend “Getting to Readiness” Webinar (optional): November 2 or April 11
Participate in VTPBiS Science of Implementation Leadership Launch: December 1 or May 10
Complete and Submit Intent to Implement Application
Complete Activities to achieve 100% on Readiness Checklist
Conduct baseline evaluations and collect baseline discipline data
VTPBiS Universal Leadership
Team Training: Attend Team Training (3 or 4 days)
Develop PBIS Implementation Plan:
Statement of purpose 3-5 behavioral expectations Procedures for teaching expectations Procedures for rewarding expectations Procedures for discouraging problem
behaviors Data information system
Roll-Out:
Conduct roll-out activities for staff, students, and family/community
Implement all parts of PBIS Plan
Conduct monthly Leadership Team meetings and report progress to all staff
PBIS coordinator attends regular regional PBIS meetings
Post Implementation:
Complete post-implementation evaluation
When score shows fidelity, move to targeted level of PBIS
