Both exporters and MoC do work in the weekend. As time goes and number of COs applied each day, the complexity of Lead Time appears but the length of Lead Time decreases.

The decrease of the length of Lead Time may be caused by the number of officers (TO, OC, Dr) involves and also the familiarity of the system to the officers. On the other hand, the complexity of the lead time may be caused by the system unfamiliarity for both officers and exporters. Also, it may be caused by the delay of the payment (Bank server down/Long queue to transfer money) or

error of the system (to cause double entries), or officers key in the wrong EMF/Service Fees.

In average, Exporters submit 348 COs a day.

In average, MoCapproves 278 COs a day.

18/02-24/02: Exporters decreases 8.42%; MOC increase 12.98%
