Located on the ground floor of Prince Lane with access to our opulent art deco bar, this Perth’s nightlife dynamic space is best suited to intimate for intimate get togethers,

table bookings or groups of up to 150 guests.

Is there a venue hire fee?We usually do not charge a venue hire fee, however instead work with minimum spend

requirements. Venue hire may apply for exclusive hire of an entire level within the venue.

THE GLAMOUR BARSituated on level two of Prince Lane Perth, this space is done in a New York loft

style. Featuring high ceilings, stunning arched windows and a balcony overlooking our feature bar on the first level making it the perfect space for a

private party, performance, weddings and ceremonies. The Glamour Bar can be booked for exclusive functions catering for up to 150 guests or intimate

gatherings of 20 or more.**

**Looking for a space for your weddings and/ or reception? Please ask our friendly functions team for our specialised wedding packages

Can you bring your own decorations?You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations. We just ask that when you are

booked in a public area you are mindful of the other patrons in the venue. If you would like to hang anything up on walls, please consult us f irst. We do not allow for any adhesives to

be used within the venue.

ROOFTOP BAROffering sweeping views across the city skyline, Prince Lane’s rooftop bar is a

spectacular event space. This premium area is split between the Rooftop bar featuring a retractable roof, the Rooftop balcony and a private room. Spaces are available for smaller groups from 12 up to 70 guest or exclusive use of the entire top rooftop bar

for up to 200 guest on select days.

packages to create your perfect day!

F A Q :Can you bring in your own DJ and or entertainment?

Upon arrangement with the venue, the in-house PA system can on some occasions be utilized to provide your own music if you wish in the form of an iPod, DJ or small acoustic band. This is only available select

times and days and must be pre-approved by venue.

Love Karaoke? Look no further than our karaoke suite. As one of the leading bars in Perth , this space is perfect for birthday celebrations, hens nights or just straight forward Karaoke enthusiasts. Located within

our rooftop bar, Prince Lane’s Karaoke Suite is designed to cater to up to 30 guests in a private and exclu-sive environment.

and His Majesty’s carpark is just across the road. Alternatively we are just walking distance from Perth Train station and bus port.

Take the worry out of catering with one of our great food packages we which are done in a ' 'feed me ' ' style. This includes a select number of canapés passed around during your event

For only a $25 cake fee and we will happily supply you with plates, cutlery and napkins. As we have limited refrigeration space, please consult with us prior to

bringing your cake in if it requires to be refrigerated.

T H E F I N E P R I N T

Functions at Prince Lane require a minimum of twelve (15) people for our $30 function food package prices to apply.

A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit goes towards food and beverage spend on the night

Prince Lane may request a larger deposit when exclusive use of a level is required or at peak times.Our packages offer food and beverage for a minimum two-hour

(2) period with the option to extend if requiredMenu selections are to be confirmed at least seven (7) days prior to the event, if the menu

selection is not provided by this time, Prince Lane cannot guarantee availability of all itemsAllergens are indicated on all food items on our functions menu however please ensure any specific

dietary requirements are communicated at least seven (7) days prior to the eventAny increase in guest numbers is subject to availability.

AV equipment is available however some AV equipment comes at an additional cost. Minimum spend can not be used towards items from external contractors.

Prince lane does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss of external or internal hire equipment made by the client prior to, during and after the event

Please speak to our functions team about your AV requirements.Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled, or adhered to any wall, door, floors,

or other surfaces without prior approval from management. Personal cheques will not be accepted. EFT (Electronic funds transfer or Direct Deposit) payments

must be referenced with the invoice number and a remittance advice must be emailed with the inclusion of the reference number. Payments with American Express will attract a 2% surcharge

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you wish to cancel your booking; written notice is required.

Upon cancellation the deposit will be forfeited if less than 30 days notice is provided. A $100 administration charge will apply.

Should your booking be canceled within seven (7) days of the event date 100% of the total cost will be deemed payable.

Prince Lane will not provide a refund for “no shows” on the day of your event.Please feel free to contact our functions team should you have any queries, we are more

than happy to work with you in creating an event tailored to your specifications or budget.
