Who is the Texas MAC? • The Municipal Advisory Council of Texas (“Texas MAC”) was created in 1954 • Non-profit trade association of broker dealers and investment bankers and

financial advisors • Prepare over 4,800 reports on municipal entities in the State of Texas with

outstanding debt • Created to provide continuing disclosure for Texas debt in the primary and

secondary markets
