Assistance is available with:

Tier 2 (General) PBS (Dependant) Marriage and Civil Partnership Applications Indefinite Leave to Remain (Settlement) Applications British Citizenship through Naturalisation and Registration European Economic Area (EEA) national queries All other immigration and nationality queries!

Our Policy Function: Liaise and consult with the UK Border Agency an agency of the

Home Office and all other relevant government departments.

Respond to Government Consultation documents on Immigration matters.

Highlight trends and raise awareness both within the RCN and externally of any emerging problems being faced by Overseas Nurses (e.g. abusive recruitment practice).

Political lobbying on issues of concern to RCN members in liaison with the RCN Parliamentary Office (e.g. changes in the Immigration Rules affecting Overseas Nurses).

The Service is delivered via: An appointment-based system offering either face to face or

telephone consultations with an RCN Immigration Adviser (Telephone: 0345 408 4391 (Option 1) to arrange a consultation).

Telephone Advice Line - operated between 12–2pm every weekday. Call 0345 408 4391 (Option 1) to speak direct with an RCN Immigration Adviser.

E-mail Advice - [email protected] - all enquiries responded to within two working days.

The Service is part of RCN Member Support Services, and its remit is UK-wide.
