Listening Activity: Role card Students will listen to the following description – ‘Well, in football, if you want to score goals you need to be very fit. I guess one has to exercise a lot, build strong muscles and eat healthy-lots of fruits, juices and cereals. You also need to be able to cope up with pain. It’s a lot of body contact, kicking, fighting for the ball, falling on your face. It’s kind of tough. You also need to be able to run a lot, often without the ball.’ Students will find a partner who is interested in the same sport as you are. Now play coach and player.
