• Beta tests concluded 2 weeks ago with minor modifications underway

• Statistics available August or September• Two order dates possible (this year only):

– One-time, 13 month subscription beginning 6/1/00 and ending 6/30/01, or

– Traditional 12 month subscription from July1, 2000 that ends on June 30, 2001.

• Order and aggregation count deadline 5/19• International aggregation with all fte’s counted

• Thirty day trials are available immediately by accessing the McGraw-Hill website at www.AccessScience.com.

• AccessScience is accessible by IP address(es) or User ID and Password.

• Usage statistics will be available on a monthly basis.

• The total number of orders received by May 19th determines the final cost per FTE

• All participants will be informed regularly about changes in the aggregate price level
