THE EFFORT / REPORT RANKINGS

The following are the effort rankings for Y11, based

on a wide range of contributions in and out of class.

For every subject, you get one of 4 grades from

Unacceptable up to Excellent.

For this purpose, think of them as numbers, 1 being

the worst, and 4 being the best.

THE EFFORT /REPORT RANKINGS

Once every student has got these for every

subject, the number is averaged, to give you an

overall effort score, out of 4.

Form tutors have the full lists, but on the next

page are the highest scoring students – this is not

about targets or levels, it’s about how hard you’ve

worked, and how much effort you’re putting in!
