Difficulties after computerization

• spare parts• toners (quantity and printer models)• Lamps for projectors• software maintenance (up to date)• number of hours of computer service

What do we do to reduce difficulties and costs

• reducing the number of printers• acquisition of network printers• network drive (virus protection, and

access from any computer)• active directory users and computers• specialized classrooms for specific

subjects (computer uses a smaller number of users = fewer failures)

What will we do tomorrow

• digital learning materials• purchase of new LED projector with more

lamp hours• training of employees• Cooperation with a private software
