A professionally qualified technician is considered an important factor for the development of industry in Thailand. At present, the industrial sector demands more professional workers who are proficiently equipped with skills in TVET. In order to cater to the demand of the industry, it is then the duty of education institutions to educate young people in TVET skills.
Towards Thailand 4.0

BDI, STI and RMUTL has developed a participatory teaching program focusing on work-integrated learning (WiL) in the form of “School in Industry” or SiF. This model is believed to be able to develop human resources who are work ready for the workplace by utilizing “Tri-lateral Network Interaction Model” between university, business and government.
Through SiF program, students have the opportunity to foster their practical training knowledge-based, manual- labour-based and professional emphasis.
