The ventilated Roof Cover System is the result of research done by Umbelino Monteiro. It contributed to the optimization of ceramic roofs adding important features to their performances: longevity of the roof tile and of the whole roof structure; reduced maintenance and natural thermal comfort in the dwellings. The specifically developed accessories are essential for the roofs to function well and to assure the effective ventilation and air circulation (micro ventilation), which is crucial for the effective consolidation of the System.
