Bandsaw Blades

Versatix MP is a bi-metal bandsaw blade of triple-tempered, high-speed M-42 cobalt steel teeth with alloy steel backing strip. It dissipates stress during cutting for less tooth breakage and longer blade life. Bandsaws are ideal for sawing structural, tubes and small solids on gravity fed machines with uncontrolled feed rates.

Marathon M42 is the ultimate economic band saw blade combined with a broad application spectrum which cuts at a consistently high quality, cutting all metals up to 1000 N/mm². The superior looking, shiny and smooth surface as a result of the Wikus Superfinishing technique which extends the life of your blade by up to 20 percent.


Professionally coated HSS saw blades can also be supplied to suit your material cutting application.

Our Vollmer CNC blade sharpening centre with automated robotic loading arm can sharpen your cold saw blades with the highest efficiency and accuracy. We can perform standard grinds, cut and reform and we can even alter tooth geometry for mild or stainless steel cutting applications. Bulk sharpening discounts are available for large quantities.
