Free Falls Prevention Course

Join members like Helen Fatouros (pictured) who have done our Free Falls Prevention Course. Helen said the Course was “...just right”. It is a 7 week program with two hours training each week on trip hazards and exercises to keep you on your feet. Helen said the trainers, Trish Lynch from NSW Health and Erika Morton were very clear and helpful. Two months later there was a follow up session to make sure everyone was staying well and following the exercises and it’s all FREE.
