Charles Taze Russell and the Jehovah Witness

Typically, members of the Jehovah Witness would knock on your door to try to preach to you.They did this to me at my home and other locations. Some Jehovah Witnesses talked to mewhile I was walking in the sidewalk in Virginia . So, they are everywhere. For those of us whodisagree with the Jehovah Witnesses, we should be meek in expressing our dissent. We shouldhumbly preach the Gospel to them, because being an agitator and utilizing abusive language is awicked approach in any endeavor in attempting to get your point across. Typically, among falsereligions, they promote little association with non-followers of their religion and other extreme views.JW founder Charles Taze Russell believed that the Bible could be understood by his soleinterpretation. Russell followed the Second Day Adventists a lot. He adopted the Adventistterminology and applied that to his own theological views. Charles Taze Russell founded this religionin about 1872. Russell even in his youth denied eternal hell fire, the Trinity, the Deity of JesusChrist, and the Holy Spirit (Jehovah Witnesses deny that the Holy Spirit is a real Person). In1879, he popularized his views. He co-published The Herald of the Morning magazine with itsfounder, N. H. Barbour. By 1884, Russell controlled the publication and renamed it The Watchtower Announcing Jehovah's Kingdom . He founded Zions Watchtower Tract Society.Today, its called the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. The first edition of The Watchtowermagazine was only 6,000 copies each month. Today the Witnesses' publishing complex in Brooklyn,New York, churns out 100,000 books and 800,000 copies of its two magazines--daily. Charles TazeRussell died in October 31, 1916. The President of the Watchtower Society later became JosephFranklin Rutherford in 1916. This religious organization claims to be anointed witnesses in thefollowing words: ... God has on earth today a prophet like organization , ... Jehovah's anointed

witnesses on earth. (Watchtower 1964 October 1 p.601 Pay Attention to Prophecy). This is acommon occurrence too many times among false religions in the USA. Their doctrines are notrelated to orthodox Christianity for many reasons. The Jehovah Witness have their own New WorldTranslation when the Scriptures are preserved in the Massoretic Text for the Old Testament and theTextus Receptus line for the New Testament. The Jehovah Witness view Gods primary name asJehovah. Although, the name of Yahveh is a more ancient name for God than Jehovah. According tothe following link, the name Jehovah is a more recent creation:

Some Christian scholars render the four-letter Name as "Jehovah," but this pronunciation isparticularly unlikely. The word "Jehovah" comes from the fact that ancient Jewish texts usedto put the vowels of the Name "Adonai" (the usual substitute for YHVH) under theconsonants of YHVH to remind people not to pronounce YHVH as written. The Masoretes who from the 6th to the 10th century worked to reproduce theoriginal text of the Hebrew Bible replaced the vowels of the name YHWH with thevowel signs of Adonai or Elohim. Thus the artificial name Jehovah came intobeing. ( Yahweh, The New Encyclopedia Britannica , vol. 12, 1993 ed.)

misquoted me in support of their translation. I called their attention to the fact that the whole body of the New Testament was against their view. Throughout the New Testament, Jesus is glorified and magnified--yet here they weredenigrating Him and making Him into a little god of pagan concept . . .I believeit's a terrible thing for a person to be deceived and go into eternity lost, foreverlost because somebody deliberately misled him by distorting the Scripture!. . .Ninety-nine percent of the scholars of the world who know Greek and who havehelped translate the Bible are in disagreement with the Jehovah's Witnesses.People who are looking for the truth ought to know what the majority of thescholars really believe. The Jehovah Witness view Jesus as a lesser being than God Almighty (which is similar to the Ariantheology) and they view Jesus as the archangel Michael . That's false since the archangel Michaelwas never human, never was crucified plus rose from the dead, and he was never called Immanuelor God with us in the Hebrew language. The Jehovah Witness like all false religions view salvation asaccomplished by works (not by God's grace alone through faith). Being similar to Mormonism,Jehovah Witnesses believes that God's first creations were the angels Michael ( he becomes Jesusaccording to them ) and Lucifer. Later, Lucifer rebels, deceives Adam plus Eve to becomeSatan. They view Jesus as having no bodily resurrection but Jesus lives in heaven. They viewJesus returning to the Earth invisibly in 1914, which is a blatantly false prediction. CharlesTaze Russell made that false prediction (about 1914 as being the time when the Kingdom of

God comes into Earth) in his words that: "the Kingdom of God" will have obtained fullcontrol in heaven and on earth, that Christ would be reigning visibly, that "thesaints" would all be resurrected, and that the city of Jerusalem would be highlyhonored again. Russell made this false prediction in 1889 (and its found in volume 2of his book The Millennial Dawn, The Time Is At Hand). Russell even declared that theMillennium would take place in 1872. That of course didnt occur at all. Charles TazeRussell wrote that: ... that in the spring of 1878 all the holy apostles andother 'overcomers' of the Gospel age who slept in Jesus were raised spiritbeings. ( C.T.Russell: Studies in the Scriptures Vol. 3, p. 234 ) . Of course, theapostles arent raised spirit beings presently . This and other false prophecies from the Watchtowergroup would make Russell as a false prophet. Other Watchtower members were other false prophetsas well. The Jehovah Witness seek an agenda about wanting to reestablish Jehovah'skingdom over the Earth. They view 144,000 Witnesses to be born again to help establish thisnew kingdom. They take the book of Revelations out of context, because the Bible says thattons of people would exist in the new Kingdom of Jesus Christ. They deny an eternal souleven of believers and they deny a literal Hell (A literal Hell was said by Jesus Christ on plentyof occasions, especially in the book of Matthew ). The Jehovah Witness forbid bloodtransfusion, military service, no salute of a flag, and refuse to hold publicoffice . Now, we know there is more to the Jehovah Witness than meets the eye. I first found the followingout by the research of Robert Howard (from Hardtruth). To expose the Watchtower or the JehovahWitness, here's Charles Taze Russel's own words about exposure of false religions: "...It is nota form of religious persecution to say and to show that another religion is false. for aninformed person to expose publicly a certain religion on being false, thus allowing persons to

see the difference between false religion and true religion." (Watchtower 11/15/63, p. 688).Charles Taze Russell invented the Jehovah Witness. Russell is a family bloodline with ties with theinvention of the Skulls and Bones, the Opium Trade, and other interests dedicated to themanufacture of the new world order. Charles Taze Russell was accused of being a Freemason.Freemasons deny this to this day. Regardless, Russell approved Freemasonry and advancedMasonic beliefs plus symbolism in his religion. There is a source called the Special 1913

Convention Report of the International Bible Students. Under the subject of "The Templeof God" is a discourse by Pastor Russell reported verbatim on pages 120-127. In thatsource, Charles Taze Russell says that he is a Free and Accepted Freemason (not as amember of Freemasonry), but as an ally of Masons. He admits that he had friends who wereFreemasons. On page 120, Russell admits that:

..Do our Masonic friends understand something about the Temple, and being KnightsTemplars and so on? We more Russell admits that he approves of some of the doctrinesof Freemasonry in the same source:

explanation. One that seems bizarre, so bizarre that this author dismissed it untilsuch time as he was able to confirm C.T. Russell's Masonic membership. C.T.Russell's membership records in the Masonic Knights Templar are kept in Ireland.The Blue Lodge records belong to the Grand Lodge of PA. Lady Queenborough inher book Occult Theocracy published in 1933 notes on page 737 C.T.Russell's

Masonic membership. His Masonic membership must have also been commonknowledge to those associated with him, and those acquainted with theprominence Russell gave to the Knights Templar logo Evidence shows C.T.Russell was not only a high Freemason, but prominent in their schemes, in otherwords he was a key player. Watchtowers are very important to the very highestFreemasons. The highest secret knowledge of many Masonic rites including suchrites as the Scottish Rite, the Rite of Memphis, the Rite of Mizraim, etc. isconcentrated in a high level group of llluminati.

The basic group of the llluminati is the O.T.O. The initials O.T.O. can stand for aseveral names for this group one being Ordo Templi Orientis (The Order of Oriental

Templars). Its esoteric name is Order of To Ov. Its members also have beenreferred to as the Great White Brotherhood or Atlantean Adepts, and have workedwith the B'nai B'rith. The O.T.O. llluminati teach their select group of initiatesHermetic Science (occult knowledge), magick (called Holy Magick of Light),Mysticism, and Yoga of all forms. The O.T.O. during C.T. Russell's lifetimeestablished in every important metropolitan area, including New York, asecret hidden center (Collegium ad Spiritum Santum) where members couldcarry out their "great work" concealed without interference . However, eachllluminati is nothing if he is not able to practice the Magick that gives him aknowledge of the Watchtowers and the ability to enter the four Watchtowers. Is thisbizarre? Why doesn't C.T. Russell mention any of this in his writings?

What more evidence do you need to prove the unscriptural, Masonic nature of the Jehovah Witness.Fritz Springmeier (who wrote the "Bloodlines of the Illuminati" book) wrote that the Rothschildsworked with Charles Taze Russell in sending Jewish people into Israel. That isn't surprising since theRothschilds would infiltrate the Aliyahs into Israel. There is nothing wrong with Jewish peoplesincerely going into Israel, but the Elite controlled the Jewish people's movement into the Holy Land.It's also ironic that Russell was buried in Masonic logo. The crown and the cross symbol is embraced by JWs. Masonic author Ray Denslow reveals themeaning for the cross and crown image:

"The Cross and Crown may be said to be confined almost exclusively to the historicaldegrees in Masonry as exemplified in the various orders of knighthood of York and Scottishrites. In Gaul we find the cross to have been a solar symbol when it had equal arms andangles; to the Phoenicians it was an instrument of sacrifice to their God, Baal; and to theEgyptians, the crux ansata was his symbol of eternal life." (Ray V. Denslow, Masonic Portraits, Transactions of this Missouri Lodge of Research, vol. 29, p.7---emphasis in theoriginal). The People's Pulpit was one of many literatures published by Russell with theKnights Templar (or the cross in the crown logo) symbol. Theosophist writer N. Sri. Ramwrote the Theosophist, which was a 19th century periodical. It had the same Knights Templarlogo in that occultic book. The Knights Templar degree is readily found in the York Rite ofFreemasonry as the source outlines. The Masonic crown and cross symbol is found in MaryBaker Eddys old literature (like the Unity of Good) and in Mormonism.

The plaque on the gravestone reads "Watchtower Bible and Tract Society." That was an early

name for the Jehovah Witness. Russell talked a lot about "Millennial Dawn," "The GoldenAge," and the Watchtower which are Masonic and Enochian Magic terminology. Russellwanted to establish the Golden Age, which is very similar to the concepts of the new worldorder. In 1872, Charles Taze Russel started the International Bible Students Association.According to Robert Howard, Russell had a secret Rosicrucian membership with theQuakertown, PA group of Rosicrucians (as revealed by the pyramid he ordered erected overhis grave site). Russell enjoyed the use of the Winged-Sun-Disk . Charles believed that it wasBiblical. The winged sun disk is from the ancient Egyptian false sun god of Ra. This wingeddisk with serpents on it still exists on the New York Assembly Hall in Queens, New York. Whatdoes the winged sun disk mean for the occult? There are many meanings to symbols as weknow . The winged disk isn't just utilized by the Jehovah Witness. The ancient Egyptians, the ancientAssyrians, Spiritists, and Freemasons encouraged this symbol's usage. Here's some meanings to it:

"Emblematic of the element of air, this consists of a circle or solar-type diskenclosed by a pair of wings. In ritual magic it is suspended over the alter in aneasterly direction and used when invoking the protection and co-operation of thesylphs." This is what is meant bythe Winged-Disks, with the Uraei, which are seen over the entrances of the courts of the

"The Winged Globe is pre-eminently a Rosicrucian symbol, although the Illuminati may layclaim to it, and it may be admitted that it is of Egyptian origin. The Winged Globe is the

Russell wanted these images to represent the new Golden Age, but the Scriptures are clear thatfalse god symbols arent just (or holy) emblems to outline the new Kingdom of Jesus Christ at all.Also, the Bible is clear that there is no such thing as a Golden Age. Manly P. Hall's "TheSecret Teachings of All Ages" book have a picture of a winged sun disk on page XLIX.Even Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (once the leader of the Theosophical Society) used theWinged Sun disk. Blavatsky traveled all throughout the world to promote her occult doctrines ( She even sent a 1891 New Years Card to the Dublin Lodge with that winged sun disk logo indeed. Theosophical Magazines even in March 1989 has

the same emblem ). Fritz Springmeier have written excellent research on the JehovahWitnesses. According to Fritz, the winged sun disk was accepted by Kabbalists asfalsely portraying Jehovah as a sun god. Kabbalists view Jehovah as the Deimurge orthe Creator. Fritz shows ancient Egyptian images of the winged sun disk relating to atext about the Pharoah Userten II. It's basically related to sun worship. Sun worship isone of the components that occultists and other Illuminists believe in. Why would Russelldo this unless if he accepted a sun deity or approved of occultic imagery. Russell viewed Jesus to bethe center of the Sun according to Fritz. Springmeier outlines conclusive evidence of the ties betweenthe Jehovah Witness, the Freemasons, the Rothschilds, and the new world order (Hall called theWinged Globe as a solar trinity and it represented the various false sun gods of the ages). JPMorgan funded Russell's Watchtower Society. CT Russell claimed to be a Zionist but refused topreach the Gospel upon Jewish people. Russell's form of Zionism was more political than

spiritual. Even the B'nai B'rith financed Russell (Freemason and B'nai B'rith member FrankGoldman escorted Russell to the Hippodrome where he spoke for 2 hours). Russell predictingthat Jews would return to Palestine was one of his few predictions he got right. Why didRussell align with Zionists and Jewish people like this? The reason was that he wanted to seehis utopian dream of a man-made Jerusalem capital to be a reality. Also, much of CTRussell's beliefs of Jewish people like Jewish people not having to accept Jesus Christ as theSavior, Jewish people being morally plus intellectually superior to Christians, the bashingOrthodox Christianity, the nations of the world being headed by Jewish people during theMillennium (although even Jesus is Jewish), etc. was strange. All of these views (as provenby Russell's own words and Fritz Springmeier's research) might appeal to many non-believing Jewish people. This doesn't mean Jewish people have no right to live in Israelthough. Jewish people and all people have a right to live in Israel if they want to. The WorldHeadquarters of the Jehovah Witness is located in the Crown Heights Section of Brooklyn,

New York. It's easy to prove the agenda of the one world religion and one world governmentsince personages spanning centuries have called for these aims from Walter Cronkite toNehru. Joseph F. Rutherford was the new leader of the JWs in the early 20 th century.According to Fritz, Charles Taze Russell had a connection to Masonic Hall. It's interesting tonote that on Presbyterian minister's Andrew Masonic Constitution from 1722- 1723 , there is aPhoenix image. This image influenced the original design of the U.S. Great Seal according toManly P. Hall. Russell's theology is just a rehash of Arianism ( or the view that Jesus was onlya good man and not Almighty God ). It's a known fact that Russell in his June 15, 1895 articlepraised Freemasonry and Secret Societies.

That is why the Jehovah Witness is Masonic in some of its doctrines. For example, Masonsand Charles Taze Russell ( plus the Jehovah Witnesses ) use the Masonic term the GreatArchitect, both believe that Jesus wasn't necessary God but a good man, and each claim notto be a religion. Both Freemasons and Charles Taze Russell each require they don't need torenounce their religious affiliation to join theirs groups. Also, both the Masons and the JWs

outline a works-based salvation, each group have meetings in a Masonic Hall, and each useMasonic buzz words and symbols. Russell praises Hiram Abiff when he's not mentioned inthe Bible. Hiram Abiff is mythical figure used in Masonic ritual especially of the Blue Lodges.According to Claude McClung (an ex-high level Mason) in his book "Why I left Masonry,"Hiram Abiff is the sun god Baal. In some sources, Hiram Abiff does have influences from thesun god myths and Osiris. Mackey's Lexicon of Freemasonry on pg. 195 said that the Legendof Hiram was Egyptian and related to the Isianic Mysteries (of the religion of Isis and Osiris).Russell teaches that the Bible was written in a code as found in WT December 1879 on pgs. 5-7. The Bible, on the other hand, is clear that God doesn't outline secrets in His Word. TheBible is clear cut with its doctrines. Both the Charles Taze Russell (He called the GreatPyramid of Egypt as of God) and Freemasonry are interested in Egyptology.
