MB24 integrated security panel

Suitable for use in private and commercial locations, the MB24

meets even the most demanding of security requirements,

for example those of banks and jewellers. It outperforms con-

ventional intruder alarm systems. If desired, it can be used to

provide a variety of other functions including fire protection and

flood detection. The MB24 can help you optimise heating and

cooling systems to cut costs or monitor freezers. It features

comprehensive access control making it particularly effective

in commercial locations. Doors and entrances can be auto-

matically opened and closed for specific periods of time using

the time and switching functions. Since the MB24 is easy and

quick to install, the technician’s work won’t interrupt your busy

schedule. After the professional installation is complete, you

will receive clear and understandable instructions on how to

operate the control panel.

Keypads for MB24

The easy-to-use keypad with group omit-

ting function provides a clear overview

of the conditions in individual protection

sectors. The LCD version also allows for

complex operating and basic program-

ming procedures. It provides a clear plain

text display of all results. The graphic

keypads are convenient and simple to

operate.

External alarm device

In addition to the silent alarm function

(information transmitted to a monitoring

station via an alarm transmission system),

the conventional alarm device is still an

important element of a hazard detection

system as it alarms on site.

IDENT-KEY 3

The IDENT-KEY 3 series proximity readers

feature an elegant design and provide

both access control and arming function-

ality. Special versions are available to

integrate into Siedle intercom systems.

Internal audible-optical alarm device

We design our indoor alarm signalling

devices to ensure reliable operation

and an attractive appearance. They are

particularly suitable for indicating system

conditions and providing internal alarms

when used in the BUS-1 or hardwired

version.

Windows and glass facades invite attack.

Discreet glass breakage detectors and

opening contacts transmit wireless signals

between the window and frame, providing

effective protection.

Heating, sprinklers

and other technical devices in-house can

be controlled easily with the MB24 via so-

called switching modules. These make it

possible to activate or deactivate specific

devices at defined times.

Outdoor detectors

are similar to the window and door

contacts. The respective devices such

as outdoor motion detectors or fence

protectors are connected to the MB24 via

a detector group or a BUS input module.

MB48 integrated security panel: security for the future

MB48: small size—great performance

The reliable and versatile integrated security panel MB48 is

ideal for medium-sized security systems. You can adapt the

MB48 to meet your individual requirements. It can be pro-

grammed as desired using an LCD keypad or a PC equipped

with WINFEM software. Specific areas of the protected object

can be made accessible by the access control function.

As a result of its IGIS loop networking capability and many other

features, the MB48 is a multifunctional system for medium-sized

objects. Its hardware configuration makes it ideal for future

enhancements. The MB48 is a sound investment for the future.



It is possible to integrate radio components into an MB48 system (hybrid solution).

Keypads for the MB48

All operating and basic programming

functions can be carried out using the

LCD keypads. The interactive user inter-

face guides the user through information

or selection menus.

IDENT-KEY 3

The multifunctional IDENT-KEY 3 arming

device combines top security with out-

standing ease of operation. Its scrambling

code system provides maximum security

in data transmission. The ergonomic

keyboard allows you to control various

building control functions directly from the

proximity reader.

Viewguard motion detector (DUAL and PIR)

The Viewguard series detector reliably

detects movement using proven passive

infrared or DUAL technologies. It is avail-

able in VdS classes B and C, in hardwired

or BUS-2 versions.


Integrating smoke detectors into the BUS-

1 system of the panel is an important fea-

ture of forward-looking intrusion detection

systems. Modern control panels reliably

detect the alarms sent by automatic

detectors, thus providing extra security.

Door-blocking devices

Door-blocking devices are used to avoid

false alarms. Doors leading into pro-

tected areas of the system cannot be

opened while the area is armed.

External audible alarm device

A second audible alarm unit makes it

difficult for anyone to tamper with the

system. Its hidden installation makes it

unrecognisable to intruders.

Clear and well-organised—the MB�00

The MB100 is characterised by its exceptional adaptability to

the protected object. Its BUS technology, or the ability to com-

municate between the control units and components, allows

for several options with regard to individual system control.

There are several ways to integrate early fire detection or other

building control functions; 512 IDENT-KEY tags can be used to

control numerous doors, for example.

Easy to install, the wire-saving MB100 guarantees compre-

hensive access control. Remote maintenance and diagnosis

features keep future system costs to a minimum. As a result,

the networkable MB100 is the ideal partner for medium to

large-scale security systems. If required, the latest data and

status of your system can be accessed remotely. Fully remote

servicing possible.



Like all other control panels the MB100 makes it possible to connect to a central monitoring station.

IDENT-KEY proximity readers

The MB100 makes it possible for you to

integrate state-of-the-art access control

elements. The IK 3 operating module can

be used to conveniently arm/disarm the

system. Moreover, the keyboard can be

used to execute up to 100 programmable

functions.

Hold-up button

The hold-up button discreetly and direct-

ly notifies intervention squads in the

event of an emergency, so is installed

in easy-to-reach places. To avoid ob-

struction, the hold-up button features a

reliable tamper switch.

Seismic detector

The seismic detector monitors safes,

armoured safes and concrete walls.

It detects mechanical oscillations such

as vibrations, converts these into elec-

trical signals and triggers an alarm

when necessary.

Comfort Touch Colour

The innovative high-quality indicator and

control panel is suitable for use with the

MB series integrated security panels.

Viewguard

Existing systems can be expanded easily

using the Viewguard series of motion

detectors. The Viewguard DUAL detect-

ors and the Viewguard PIR system series

are available featuring BUS-2 technology

or hardwired with first alarm indication.

MB256 plus integrated security panel: for large-scale security

An enhanced system in the proven standard housing

MB256 plus is the ideal choice for implementing medium to

large-scale hazard detection systems. It is especially recom-

mended for situations where the size of the object or the

number of protected areas exceeds the capacity of other

security systems.

As a result of its modular design, the MB256 plus is an ex-

tremely flexible system which can be adapted to nearly any

object. With the right combination of modules (up to 32 in

total), the performance of the system has proven exceptional.

A total of 2,583 detectors can be connected, 250 areas can

be configured and special detector groups can be defined

for fire detection.

The MB256 plus performs a number of additional control func-

tions, such as door interlocking and various escape route tech-

nology functions. The MB256 plus—for large-scale security.


The MB256 plus can be networked easily using the IGIS loop.
