• Connect the Sentry to your computer via the USB port

• Launch The Sentry Software on your PC

• Click the “Open COM Port” button to access the Sentry unit via the software

Connect the serial cable to The Sentry via the battery compartment inside the unit

• You will be prompted to let you know the software is connected to the unit.

• Click “Retrieve Current Settings”• This will populate the fields

below with the current alarm and warning settings for the Sentry.

• Click “Calibrate” Tab• Click “Retrieve Current Settings”• This will populate the fields

below with the current calibration settings for the Sentry.

• Checking the “Calibration Mode” checkbox will enable the user to display the current exposure reading.

• Click “Data Log” Tab• Click “Retrieve Data”

• You will prompted when the data is finished downloading with a “Complete” next to the button.

• Accumulated Exposure data is labeled with a time and date stamp.

• Data can be saved for later analysis.
