Chichen Itzá, México
Chichen Itza is one of the major archaeological sites of the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico,
located in the municipality of Tinum, in the state of Yucatan. Important and renowned relic
of the Mayan civilization, the main buildings that remain there correspond to the period of
the decline of the Mayan culture known to archaeologists as the post-classical period.

The Taj Mahal in India
Taj Mahal (India) is a huge
mausoleum built by Shah Jahan, the
fifth Muslim Mogul emperor, in
memory of his wife, Princess
Mumtaz Mahal, died during the birth
of their fourteenth child. It was
erected between 1631 and 1648,was
20.000 people worked on it, living in
a nearby resort called Mumtabazad,
now known as Taj Ganj.
